Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Support. (Addendum #1, Section 1) iPower has minimal direct experience providing DEIB support services to other organizations. However, one of the key resources proposed for this effect ([redacted]) does have prior experience in the role of Women’s Impact Network chair member at her previous employer, ASRC. This group is dedicated to building and promoting a company culture where diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are core values and woman have more and better opportunities for networking, employment, professional development, and leadership roles. iPower’s participation in and strong support of the V3 program helps to increase and improve the diversity of our workforce and promotes equity, inclusion, and belonging for veterans and their families. In addition, iPower does have formal training on DEIB for our staff, with iPower’s executive leadership, PMO, and project managers required to attend. We have a strategic objective to further apply the DEIB principles and techniques we learn in the training, first internally within our own organization, and then to our clients as part of our consulting support. In this way, we expect to build up our knowledge and capabilities, which will allow us to better support DEIB efforts in the future.

  • Potential Investor’s Representative The Potential Investor, if any, has appointed the Potential Investor’s Representative, if any, identified above, as Potential Investor’s broker or other intermediary with respect to the purchase of the Property. The Potential Investor agrees to pay out of Potential Investor’s own funds all brokerage fees, finder's fees or any other compensation claimed by the Potential Investor’s Representative or any broker or intermediary other than JLL in connection with Potential Investor’s interest in or proposed or actual purchase of the Property or any interest therein. The Potential Investor’s Representative, if any, by signing below, agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement whether stated as obligations of the Potential Investor or a Related Party under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Potential Investor’s Representative, if any, further agrees by signing below that it will not look to the Owner, JLL or any Owner/JLL Related Party for any brokerage commissions, finder's fee or any other compensation claimed in connection with the sale of the Property or any interest therein to the Potential Investor or any other party (whether or not consummated for any reason). The Potential Investor's Representative, if any, by its signature hereto agrees herewith that its authorization to act in any capacity with respect to the purchase of the Property is limited to representing the Potential Investor and agrees that it will not discuss or exchange any information regarding the Property with any party other than the Potential Investor. Potential investor and Potential Investor’s Representative, if any, by its signature hereto agree to hold JLL and Owner, its officers, directors, partners, employees, agents, representatives, and any of their affiliates, beneficiaries, successors, and assigns harmless from, and shall indemnify and defend them against any and all fines, losses, damages suites, claims actions, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses (including court costs and attorney’s fees) of any kind, nature or character (collectively, the “Claims”), in connection with, related to, resulting from or arising or alleged to have arisen in connection with the Potential Investor’s Representative’s actions.

  • Missed Meal Breaks (a) (applicable to full-time employees only) If an employee is authorized to work, during the lunch break, due to the requirements of patient care, he will be paid time and one-half (1½) his regular straight time hourly rate for all time worked in excess of his normal daily hours.

  • Meal Breaks and Rest Pauses There will be a meal break and a rest pause for each shift or day where a minimum of eight hours are worked are worked Monday to Friday. The meal break shall be thirty minutes duration and will be unpaid. The rest pause will be twenty minutes duration and paid. An employee required to work overtime on a Saturday, Sunday or rostered day off shall be allowed a 20 minute paid crib break after each five hours worked if the work is scheduled to continue after the break. Payment for the crib break shall be at the prevailing overtime rate. A second meal break of 20 minutes shall be due if working 8 hours or more, and paid at the prevailing overtime rate. Subsequent paid meal breaks are due every 4 hours The times of taking the breaks will be as agreed between the employer and majority of employees affected.

  • Closing Your Account Unless an agreement relating to a particular product or service says otherwise, you can close your Account at any time provided that you first settle any debit balance owing.

  • Exit Interview Upon termination of Employee’s employment for any reason, Employee agrees, if requested, to participate in an exit interview with the Company and reaffirm in writing Employee’s post-employment obligations as set forth in this Agreement.

  • Employee Facilities Employee Facilities. Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.

  • Terms and Conditions - All Collocation 8.2.1.1 Qwest shall provide Collocation on rates, terms and conditions that are just, reasonable and nondiscriminatory. In addition, Qwest shall provide Collocation in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws.
