DOCUMENTS AND SAMPLES AT THE PROJECT SITE. The Contractor shall maintain at the Project site for the Owner one record copy of the Drawings, Specifications, addenda, and Amendments in good order and marked currently to record changes and selections made during construction, and in addition shall maintain at the Project site approved Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples, and similar required submittals. These shall be available to the Architect/Engineer and shall be delivered to the Architect/Engineer for submittal to the Owner upon completion of the Work.

DOCUMENTS AND SAMPLES AT THE PROJECT SITE. 3.10.1. CMR shall maintain at the Project site one record copy of the Drawings, Contract Documents (including these General Conditions), Addenda, Change Orders and other modifications, in good order and marked currently to record changes and selections made during construction; and in addition, Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and similar required submittals. These shall be available to the Judicial Council, and its Construction Supervisor/Inspector, and shall be delivered to the Judicial Council upon Completion of the Work.

Subject to the terms in this Agreement, the Promoter undertakes to strictly abide by such plans approved by the competent authorities and shall also strictly abide by the bye-laws, FAR, and density norms and provisions prescribed by the relevant building bye-laws and shall not have an option to make any variation/ alteration/ modification in such plans, other than in the manner provided under the Act, and breach of this term by the Promoter shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

  • Development of the Project 4.1 TSP's obligations in development of the Project: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the TSP at its own cost and expense shall observe, comply with, perform, undertake and be responsible:

  • Property Inspections The Servicer shall conduct property inspections in accordance with the milestones of the repair and rehabilitation plan for such Mortgaged Property and prepare Property Inspection Reports on any Mortgaged Property involving property damage over $15,000. The Servicer shall furnish a copy of the repair and rehabilitation plan for such Mortgaged Property to the Master Servicer upon request.
