Domestic Partner Insurance. Beginning July 1, 2010, qualified domestic partners of Education Association members shall be entitled to the same benefits as are available throughout this agreement to spouses. If the qualified domestic partnership ends and the non-employee qualified domestic partner has been receiving such benefits, the employee must send written notification of termination to the District’s benefits office within (30) calendar days of the end of the qualified domestic partnership, with a copy of that notification to the former non- employee qualified domestic partner. In order for an employee to enroll a domestic partner in the district’s Qualified Domestic Partnership coverage, the employee must be eligible for and participating in the district’s insurance program. In addition, the Education Association member must complete and file with the Associate Superintendent for Human Resources an affidavit of a qualified domestic partnership in which all of the following criteria are met:

Domestic Partner Insurance. Employees may, consistent with City policy, elect medical and/or dental insurance coverage for a domestic partner. The maximum cost to the City of the coverage shall be limited to the amount provided for spouse coverage under the medical plans as established in this contract.
Domestic Partner Insurance. To the extent permitted by law, domestic partner benefit coverage extended or provided to County non-union or management employees, as may hereinafter be changed from time to time at the discretion of the County Board of Commissioners, shall be extended or provided to this Bargaining Unit.

  • Domestic Partners For contracts of $100,000 or more, Contractor certifies that Contractor is in compliance with Public Contract Code section 10295.3.

  • Domestic Partner An employee may elect to cover a Registered Domestic Partner or Non-registered domestic partner under the County’s health, dental or vision plans. To cover a Registered Domestic Partner, the employee must submit a copy of the State Registration Certificate to Employee Benefits. Any premium paid by the County on behalf of the Registered Domestic Partner or the Registered Domestic Partner’s dependent(s) will be considered taxable income for Federal taxes pursuant to the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code but will not be considered taxable income for State taxes, pursuant to the California Revenue and Taxation Code. Any premium paid by the County on behalf of the domestic partner or the domestic partner’s dependent(s) shall be considered taxable income for Federal and State taxes to the employee with domestic partner coverage pursuant to the provisions of the Internal Revenue Code and the California Revenue and Taxation Code.

  • Group Term Life Insurance The School District will pay the full premium for each $1,000 of coverage for group term life insurance. The amount of life insurance provided will be $20,000, subject to the conditions of the carrier.

  • Supplemental Life Insurance In addition to the life insurance benefits provided by this agreement, employees may subscribe voluntarily and at their own expense for supplemental life insurance. Employees may subscribe for an amount not to exceed five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000), of which one hundred thousand ($100,000) is a guaranteed issue, provided the election is made within the required enrollment periods.

  • Term Life Insurance The Employer will maintain and make available to full-time and part-time employees, the current term life insurance plan as set forth in the document "Summary of Health Benefits, Maryland State Employees."
