Mediation Procedure The Chairman shall promptly advise the parties of a scheduled Mediation Hearing date. Unless a party requests an expedited procedure, or unless all parties to the proceeding agree to one or more extensions of time, the Mediation Hearing set forth below shall be completed within forty (40) days of BCBSA's receipt of the Complaint. Promotion Procedure The rate of pay of an employee promoted shall be established in the new pay range at the nearest step which exceeds the existing rate by at least five (5) percent, but shall not exceed the maximum of that pay range except that whenever the rate of pay prior to promotion is above the maximum of the pay range established for the position to which the employee is being promoted, the present rate shall be retained.
Escalation Procedure Tentative Rates for those species and products listed in A4a are subject to quarterly escalation in accordance with the following pro- cedures: The calendar quarter index average for each price index described in A5 is the arithmetic average of the three such monthly price indices preceding January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. The difference between calendar quarter index average and Base Index listed in A4a shall be the basis for quarterly escalation. Termination Procedure Regardless of basis, in the event of suspension or termination (in full or in part), the parties shall cooperate to ensure an orderly and efficient suspension or termination. Accordingly, Contractor shall deliver to Purchasers all goods and/or services that are complete (or with approval from Enterprise Services, substantially complete) and Purchasers shall inspect, accept, and pay for the same in accordance with this Master Contract and the applicable Purchase Order. Unless directed by Enterprise Services to the contrary, Contractor shall not process any orders after notice of suspension or termination inconsistent therewith.
Arbitration Procedure The Arbitrator/Board of Arbitration may determine its own procedure, but shall give full opportunity to all parties to present evidence and make representations in order to determine the issue in dispute.
Verification Procedure (1) The signature file of each processed file is validated.
NEGOTIATION PROCEDURE A. The parties agree to enter into collective negotiations over a successor Agreement in accordance with Chapter 123, Public Laws of 1974 in a good-faith effort to reach agreement on all matters concerning terms and conditions of employment. Such negotiations shall begin no later than the date set by the Public Relations Commission. Any agreement so negotiated shall apply to all Association members. It shall be reduced to writing, and subject to ratification by both parties, be signed by the Board and the Association, and be adopted by the Board.
