Dress Allowance. A professional uniform dress allowance of $120 per school year will be paid to School Food Service personnel. This allowance will be divided into two (2) payments of $60. This is a maintenance allowance only. Repeated failure to wear the prescribed dress is grounds for forfeit of said allowance. If a person has not been employed for the full five month period, covered by a single payment, a prorated allowance will be paid. The employee must have been an active full-time food service worker for a minimum of three (3) work weeks to be eligible for all or part of this allowance. A new uniform policy will be in effect beginning the second semester of the 1999-2000 school year. The maintenance allowance may be waived or changed based on the recommendation of the Uniform Dress Guideline Committee.
Dress Allowance. Effective from 1 May 2007 an annual dress allowance of $420 shall be paid to all permanent musicians who must adhere to the male dress code and $900 for permanent musicians who must adhere to the female dress code. This allowance shall be included in the first salary payment on return from annual vacation. Musicians will be required to comply with the company dress code which will be revised in 2007.
Dress Allowance. 36.14.1 The company will provide an annual allowance for performance clothing of $440, payable pro rata fortnightly for all permanent and fixed-term employees. Where an employee commences employment during the working year, payment will be pro rata from the date of employment.
Dress Allowance. In order to ensure that the musicians appear suitably attired when on stage, an annual dress allowance of $216 shall be paid to all permanent musicians upon return from the annual vacation. In the case of a new full time employee, the full allowance will be paid upon commencement and a pro rata allowance shall be paid upon the musician's return from the ensuing annual vacation.
Dress Allowance. (1) In order to ensure that the Musicians appear suitably attired when on stage, an annual dress allowance of $270 shall be paid to all permanent musicians. The Consultative Committee shall select from its members a subcommittee, who together with the Orchestra Manager shall be responsible for monitoring dress standards on stage. This allowance shall be included in the first salary payment on return from annual vacation.
