Dress Allowance. A professional uniform dress allowance of $120 per school year will be paid to School Food Service personnel. This allowance will be divided into two (2) payments of $60. This is a maintenance allowance only. Repeated failure to wear the prescribed dress is grounds for forfeit of said allowance. If a person has not been employed for the full five month period, covered by a single payment, a prorated allowance will be paid. The employee must have been an active full-time food service worker for a minimum of three (3) work weeks to be eligible for all or part of this allowance. A new uniform policy will be in effect beginning the second semester of the 1999-2000 school year. The maintenance allowance may be waived or changed based on the recommendation of the Uniform Dress Guideline Committee.

Dress Allowance. Effective from 1 May 2007 an annual dress allowance of $420 shall be paid to all permanent musicians who must adhere to the male dress code and $900 for permanent musicians who must adhere to the female dress code. This allowance shall be included in the first salary payment on return from annual vacation. Musicians will be required to comply with the company dress code which will be revised in 2007.
Dress Allowance. 36.14.1 The company will provide an annual allowance for performance clothing of $440, payable pro rata fortnightly for all permanent and fixed-term employees. Where an employee commences employment during the working year, payment will be pro rata from the date of employment.

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • Boot Allowance The District will pay $180 toward the purchase and/or repair of work boots for District Employees listed in the District’s Work Apparel Policy and/or at the discretion of the employee’s department manager. Payment will be made by the first full paycheck of the employee’s date of hire and annually thereafter. Boots must meet applicable OSHA standards for the duties assigned.

  • Auto Allowance The Company shall provide to Executive a car allowance in an amount equal to $1,000 per month during the Employment Period.

  • Cost Sharing a) With respect to the funding in C6.1a), should there be an amount of employee co-pay, the Trust shall advise boards what that amount shall be. Unless advised otherwise, there will be no deductions upon the Participation Date. b) Any further cost sharing or funding arrangements as per previous local collective agreements in effect as of August 31, 2014 remain status quo.

  • Car Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • Fast Food Allowance As of 1 October 2020 the Employer shall pay an allowance of $2.75 per hour on all fast food construction, and on refurbishments with a building permit value in excess of $470,000. These allowances will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2021, rounded to the nearest 5 cents. On any Project where the applicable site allowance in Appendix C is higher, then that site allowance will apply.
