Dues Check Off Deductions. The County agrees to deduct all Union dues, member benefit program costs, insurance premiums, and assessments from the pay of those employees who have authorized that such deductions be made. The amounts deducted shall be remitted promptly to the Union, or its designees, with an alphabetical list of the employees from whom the deductions were made. The Union agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the County, its officers, agents, and employees from any claim, liability, or damage arising from this provision.

Dues Check Off Deductions. 1. The College agrees to deduct from the salaries of its employees dues which said employees individually and voluntarily authorize the College to deduct. Such deductions shall be made in compliance with Chapter 233, New Jersey Public Laws of 1969, N.J.S.A. (R.S.) 52:14-15.9e. Employee authorizations shall be in writing and such authorizations shall continue in accordance with law until a notice of withdrawal is filed by the employee with the College and the Association.
