- Dues Deduction and Employee Information. A. The Board shall deduct from the pay of each teacher current membership dues of the Association and its affiliates, provided that at the time of such deduction there is in the possession of the Board a current written authorization for dues deduction, voluntarily executed by the teacher. Such authorization shall specify the amount of dues to be deducted from each teacher’s salary for the current school year. The amount of dues to be deducted shall be annually certified by the Association and submitted, in writing, to the Board by October 1.

  • Passwords and Employee Access Provider shall secure usernames, passwords, and any other means of gaining access to the Services or to Student Data, at a level suggested by Article 4.3 of NIST 800-63-3.   • INFORMATION TO EMPLOYEES In the initial correspondence with an individual regarding potential employment in the bargaining unit, the appropriate department shall include a one-page statement about the Union, prepared by the Union at its own expense, provided that the statement is first forwarded to the Executive Director, Human Resources and is not determined to be factually incorrect or inflammatory. If the Executive Director, Human Resources does not forward any suggested changes within two weeks of receiving the statement, the information shall be presumed to be acceptable.

The statement must be signed by the 24 workforce member prior to access to such PHI. The statement must be renewed annually. The 25 CONTRACTOR shall retain each person’s written confidentiality statement for COUNTY inspection 26 for a period of six (6) years following the termination of the Agreement.
