During pregnancy leave and/or parental leave the Employer shall continue to pay its share of the benefit premiums, provided the carrier permits.

Pregnancy Leave (a) Pregnancy leave will be granted in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act, except where amended in this provision.
Maternity Leave and Parental Leave 8.9.1.1 For the benefits of the Employment Standards Act to apply during the statutory periods set out by the Act, employees must ensure that the appropriate certificate indicated in that Act is signed by a duly qualified medical practitioner and submitted to the appropriate Xxxx or Director.
Parental and Pregnancy Disability Leave A. Parental leave will be granted to the employee for the purpose of bonding with their newborn, adoptive or xxxxxx child.
