Vendor Requirements definition

Vendor Requirements means the packaging, marking and shipping requirements as expressly described in DIRECTED ELECTRONICS, INC.'s Vendor Requirements package attached to this Agreement as Schedule 4 and fully incorporated herein.
Vendor Requirements. All booth arrangements shall conform in all respects to the dimensions and height requirements as specified by show management. Booth height shall not exceed 8’ from the floor; booth size cannot exceed the space size contracted. Exhibits shall be arranged so as not to obstruct the general view or access to surrounding displays, aisles, or public space within the exhibit facilities. VENDOR’S EXHIBIT must remain intact until the scheduled conclusion of the show. FIRE REGULATIONS: All vendors must comply with the ordinances and regulations contained in the National Fire Prevention Code. All fabrics or other materials used for decoration or covering of tables, walls, and risers shall be flameproof. Lanterns and candles are not permitted to be lit. Fire boxes must not be covered. PROPERTY DAMAGE: Nothing shall be tacked, nailed, screwed, or otherwise attached to drapes, columns, walls, floors, or other parts of the building or furniture. If violated, vendor assumes all responsibility including payment for the repair and/or replacement of the damaged property. SOUND: Vendor operating sound motion video, , radios, loudspeakers, PA systems or any other audio noise-generating devices, shall do so only at a level which will not interfere with other vendors or exhibitors or add unduly to the general acoustic inconvenience. DEMONSTRATIONS: No demonstrations or solicitations shall be permitted outside of the vendor’s assigned space. No signs or placards may be displayed on
Vendor Requirements means, with respect to a given Program in which Vendor is a participant and/or otherwise has any of its Products listed on the applicable Validated Product List, all requirements, obligations, policies and procedures applicable to Vendor or otherwise generally applicable to other similarly situated vendors so participating in and/or the Products of which are listed in connection with such Program, as set forth in the applicable Program Documents, this Agreement or otherwise established by PCI SSC from time to time in connection with such Program, including without limitation, requirements regarding disclosure and PCI SSC's quality assurance initiatives.

  • Provide a brief cover letter identifying the vendor by name and address and include a brief statement regarding the vendor’s eligibility (See 2.4 Vendor Requirements) to submit a proposal for the required services.

  • Part 3 of the Bid response must consist of a complete response to Section VII of the Performance and Contract Requirements, in particular, paragraph B.1, Vendor Requirements.

  • Complete the Vendor Requirements spreadsheet tabs 1, 2, & 3, attached as Appendix C.

  • The specifications and requirements which must be addressed in vendors’ responses can be found in Part VII, Performance Specifications and Vendor Requirements.

  • Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement, Client agrees to abide by such Vendor Requirements and agrees that Agency is not responsible for any activities undertaken by Client, or that are approved by Client that violate such Vendor Requirements.


More Definitions of Vendor Requirements

Vendor Requirements means any policy, procedure, practice, custom or requirement of any Mass Merchant, including any risk, duty, obligation or liability assumed or undertaken by CellStar in compliance with, or in order for CellStar to comply with such Mass Merchant's terms, conditions or requirements for sales to such Mass Merchant, as set out in a written agreement executed by CellStar and such Mass Merchant, under which CellStar is to provide distribution and fulfillment services on behalf and for the benefit of only Cricket and that do not constitute part of the Standard Services, but only after Cricket has reviewed an unredacted copy of such written agreement and provided CellStar with acceptance of such terms in the form of the applicable Merchant Addendum. An example of a Vendor Requirement includes, by way of illustration only and not for purposes of limitation, a requirement that CellStar indemnify a Mass Merchant for product liability or intellectual property infringement claims, which indemnification obligation is beyond or outside the scope of CellStar's standard indemnity provided in the Standard Services or as routinely provided to other customers of CellStar. All other capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned thereto in the Agreement.
Vendor Requirements means Black Box’s then-current, standard vendor requirements, a copy of which is set forth in the Vendor Requirements Package.

  • MREL Requirements means the laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities applicable to the Issuer and/or the Group, from time to time, (including any applicable transitional or grandfathering provisions), including, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, any delegated or implementing acts (such as regulatory technical standards) adopted by the European Commission and any regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities adopted by the Federal Republic of Germany or the Republic of Italy, a relevant resolution authority or the European Banking Authority from time to time (whether or not such requirements, guidelines or policies are applied generally or specifically to the Issuer and/or the Group), as any of the preceding laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards, policies or interpretations may be amended, supplemented, superseded or replaced from time to time.

  • OHS Requirements means all Laws applicable to the Supply and related to occupational health or safety, and all of the City Policies that relate to occupational health or safety, and includes without limitation the WCA;

  • Program Requirements means that Partner has to fulfill certain program requirements as described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model and the PartnerEdge Program Guide.

  • JSE Listings Requirements means the Listings Requirements of the JSE applicable from time to time;
