DUTY MANAGER. 24.01 Due to the nature of its operation, the Company may direct an employee to be available for work outside normal working hours, and he/she shall receive Duty Manager pay at the rate of two (2) hours pay per day for each day he/she is required to be available.
DUTY MANAGER. An employee who is nominated by the Company to perform the role of a Duty Manager, shall be paid 110% of the Service Assistant rate of pay for the time so worked.
DUTY MANAGER. In addition to the monies paid in Article above, if the employee is authorized to leave her residence and report to work, the employee shall be paid at the overtime rate for the time worked. Every effort shall be made to equitably distribute the standby requirements amongst all qualified employees.

DUTY MANAGER. 2.1 The Duty Manager will organise and control on shift the performance of the Revenue Control Unit reporting to and taking instructions from the Centurion Manager.

DUTY MANAGER. The Duty Manager is responsible for the operation of the Settlement during the time they are the nominated Duty Manager. When the person nominated as Duty Manager is other than a team leader/co- ordinator, that person will receive an allowance as per Appendix A - Duty Manager. The Duty Manager Allowance shall be adjusted in accordance with percentage increases as outlined in Clause 4.1 of this Agreement.
DUTY MANAGER. The Duty Manager or SLT called should log the initial incident on XXXX detailing what happened and what action has been taken. The teacher must complete the Record of Incident form as soon as possible and this is added to the students file Stage 5: Meeting with Head of Year/Head of Department/SLT Students who are persistently disrupting the learning of others will be identified by the analysis of behaviour logs. These are shared weekly with tutors and monitored by HOYs and HODs. The HOY will speak to students where there are patterns across a number of subject areas. Heads of Department will see students where there are repeated incidents of poor behaviour in their subject area. Students will be placed on daily report and will have to show the report to their tutor or HOY as appropriate every day. Parents/Carers sign the report daily, which are added to the student’s file. Stage 6: Internal Exclusion Internal exclusion is an extremely serious sanction. Students are placed in the seclusion room for the following reasons but outlined in more detail in the Behaviour for Learning Grid. • Behaviour which is considered sufficiently serious to warrant more than a SLT detention but less than a fixed term exclusion. • When such behaviour occurs, the student will be taken out of circulation whilst the incident is investigated and initially remains with the Duty Manager or Seclusion Officer, depending on the situation A decision to internally exclude a pupil must be approved by a member of SLT. Whenever possible, the HOY will notify parents by telephone on the day of the event, or on the day the decision is made. Students in seclusion will work in silence under the supervision of the Seclusion Officer who will ensure work is completed. Students will not be in circulation around the school. Students are set suitable work by their teachers either on google classroom or by sending work directly to the Seclusion Officer. Whilst in seclusion, students will complete a reflection form and any connected staff (including mentors) are encouraged to meet with the student. The Seclusion Officer will invite selected SLT and XXXx to have a restorative meeting with students in seclusion and record that the meeting occurred on seclusion log sheet. Staff will utilise their ETIPs training when interacting with students in seclusion and apply a restorative approach/conversation to support the student back into learning
DUTY MANAGER. The employee of the Contractor who is responsible for the management of the Concession operation in the absence of the assigned Manager.
