Early Morning Program. The Program shall operate Monday through Friday for ninety (90) minutes prior to student entrance time. a. The Site Manager shall be paid a level 1 Advisor Stipend. b. The Lead School Aide shall be paid the stipend listed on the salary guides in addition to his/her hourly rate for each hour and part thereof worked. The Lead School Aide shall work the hours that the program is in session. c. The School Aide shall be paid his/her hourly rate for each hour worked. The rate shall be prorated for any part of an hour worked.
