Eastern Iowa Community Colleges and St. Xxxxxxx University agree that this Agreement shall be in force the date of the signing of the Agreement and shall remain in force until modified or terminated in writing, following reasonable and mutual discussion by representatives of the two institutions. Eastern Iowa Community Colleges and St Xxxxxxx University reserve the right to revise or eliminate programs and courses. Such changes will be communicated to the appropriate parties. This articulation agreement will be reviewed annually to assure currency with each party’s degree requirements and may be modified by attachment.   • County of Orange Child Support Enforcement Subrecipient certifies it is in full compliance with all applicable federal and state reporting requirements regarding its employees and with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignments and will continue to be in compliance throughout the term of the Contract with the County of Orange. Failure to comply shall constitute a material breach of the Contract and failure to cure such breach within 60 calendar days of notice from the County shall constitute grounds for termination of the Contract.
