Educational Leader’s Allowance. A Full-time or Part-time Teacher who is appointed as an Educational Leader shall be paid, in addition to the amounts payable pursuant to paragraph 34, an Educational Leader’s Allowance in accordance with Table 3 of Schedule 1 for all ordinary hours worked.
Educational Leader’s Allowance. 8.4.1 An Employee who is appointed by NextSense to discharge the responsibilities of the educational leader under Regulation 118 of the National Regulations will be paid an Educational Leader’s allowance as set out in Schedule B in addition to the salary applicable to the Employee, proportionate to the Employee’s ordinary hours of work.
8.4.2 The Educational Leader’s Allowance is payable in addition to any Director’s Allowance payable under clause 8.3.
Educational Leader’s Allowance. (a) An employee appointed as an educational leader shall be paid an allowance in addition to their wage as prescribed by clause 2.2.
(b) The educational leader’s allowance is equivalent to two (2) hours per week paid at the employees’ relevant band and step.
Educational Leader’s Allowance. (a) A Full-time or Part-time Teacher who is appointed as an Educational Leader as defined in clause 8(f) shall be paid, in addition to the amounts payable pursuant to clause 9, an educational leader’s allowance of $4253.32 per annum.
(b) The Educational Leader’s Allowance is paid for all purposes including, but not limited to, annual leave, annual leave loading, long service leave, personal/carers leave, severance pay and on termination.
(c) The Educational Leader’s Allowance is payable in addition to any other Allowance payable under clause 11.1 or 11.2.
(d) Where an employee is required to act as Educational Leader for less than 5 days per week, the annual allowance prescribed by clause 11.3
(a) will be payable on a pro rata basis calculated by reference to the number of days per week the employee is required to act as Educational Leader.
Educational Leader’s Allowance. (a) The educational Leaders allowance applies to Teachers or educators who are required to discharge the responsibilities of the educational leader under Regulation 118 of the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
(b) Where an employee is required to act as educational leader for less than 5 days per week, the annual allowance prescribed by Schedule B will be payable on a pro rata basis calculated by reference to the number of days per week the employee is required to act as educational leader.
