EEOC Compliance. All parties to this agreement assure that no person shall be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise discriminated against, in connection with the award and performance of this agreement on the grounds of race, age, creed, color, national origin, sex, ancestry, qualifying disability, religion or pregnancy. The parties further assure that they will include the language of this paragraph in all agreements associated or connected in any way with this agreement and shall cause all existing agreements to similarly include this clause therein.

SIGNAL warrants that it has complied with all applicable laws, rules, orders and regulations covering services specified herein, including but not limited to Executive Order 11246 (and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder), the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Act of 1974.

As subcontractor to Hyatt, Roomlinx acknowledges its responsibilities under applicable provisions of Executive Order 11246 and the implementing regulations of the Department of Labor as well as related executive orders, all as set forth in Exhibit F, which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein.

Downtown Billings Alliance, must comply with the applicable provisions of the Montana Human Rights Act, Governmental Code of Fair Practices, all federal civil rights acts and the federal American with Disabilities Act. In addition, DOWNTOWN XXXXXXXX ALLIANCE may not discriminate in any manner against any person on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, political ideas, sex, age, marital status, physical or mental disability or national origin.
