Eight Hour Schedule. (a) For persons on eight hour shifts, the normal work week shall consist of five (5) eight-hour shifts, including one half hour paid lunch and two ten-minute breaks per shift. An employee who performs overtime work on a Sunday or second scheduled day off shall be paid at the rate of two (2) times his regular rate of pay.

Eight Hour Schedule. A maximum of eight (8) hours shall constitute a day’s work and same shall be between the hours of six (6:00) a.m. and five (5:00) p.m., excepting work that must be performed according to specifications; all work necessary previous to or after starting of major crew or machinery, to be done over eight (8) consecutive hours in any one day, lunch excepted, shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times the basic rate of pay. However no Iron Worker shall be required by the Employer to work at the straight time rate of pay on Saturday.

  • Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday. All other overtime Monday through Friday shall be paid at double time (2x).

  • Four Day Work Week Schedule i. When working under the four (4) day work week schedule, Employees shall be paid at double time (2x) the regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of the regular ten (10) hours per day Monday through Thursday.

  • Master Schedule At the start of the schematic design phase, the Construction Administrator will be given a copy of the updated DAS initial schedule as described in the pre-design phase. The Construction Administrator will then create its master schedule based on the DAS’ initial schedule. Utilizing CPM-based software, the Construction Administrator will assign a duration and relationship to each task, add or delete tasks, identify the logic of interrelationships and milestones, and perform schedule management activities to identify the project's critical path and timeline. The master schedule shall include all tasks from the pre-design phase through design, construction, and project closeout. Items to be identified during subsequent refinements include milestones for departmental occupancy, shop drawing and Construction Administrator reviews, special support services, mobilization and demobilization, long lead item purchases, and float times.

  • Wage Schedule ‌ The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.

  • Four on, Two off Schedule In an effort to maximize full-time employment opportunities, the local parties may agree to a “four on, two off” innovative schedule, subject to the following principles:
