Twelve Hour Schedule. Union agrees that effective January 1, 2016, Fire District Dispatchers (REWA) and Senior Fire District Dispatchers (XXXX) hired after January 1, 2015, can be moved to twelve (12) hour shifts at the District’s discretion. After the District establishes twelve (12) hour shifts, existing center personnel hired prior to January 1, 2015, may request to transition to the twelve (12) hour shift at their option; however, this transition shall be deemed permanent and they may not revert back to the 24-hour shift.

Twelve Hour Schedule. For persons on twelve-hour shifts, the normal schedule shall be as shown in Appendix “B”, including two one half hour paid lunches and three ten-minute breaks per shift. Employees will be paid overtime at 1½ times their regular rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of 12 hours per day or in excess of 80 hours in a 14-day cycle. Days for which overtime will be paid at the rate of two (2) times the regular rate of pay are as denoted in Appendix “B”.
Twelve Hour Schedule. SECTION 1 - The purpose of this agreement is to establish an alternate schedule consisting of twelve-hour days to be worked by Officers assigned to the four (4) platoons of the patrol division. The Chief of Police may, at their discretion, assign other Officers to work this schedule. For the purpose of the alternate schedule, a day comprises twelve hours unless otherwise specified. The following changes are applicable to Officers assigned to work the alternate schedule.

  • Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday. All other overtime Monday through Friday shall be paid at double time (2x).

  • Four Day Work Week Schedule i. When working under the four (4) day work week schedule, Employees shall be paid at double time (2x) the regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of the regular ten (10) hours per day Monday through Thursday.

  • Twelve Hour Shifts Employees shall be entitled, subject to exigencies of patient care and/or departmental requirements, to rest periods during the shift of a total of forty-five (45) minutes.

  • Four on, Two off Schedule In an effort to maximize full-time employment opportunities, the local parties may agree to a “four on, two off” innovative schedule, subject to the following principles:

  • Wage Schedule ‌ The pay rate (including increments and stated extras) as agreed to and hereinafter in this Schedule provided, shall be in effect during the term of the Agreement, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2022.

  • Master Schedule At the start of the schematic design phase, the Construction Administrator will be given a copy of the updated DAS initial schedule as described in the pre-design phase. The Construction Administrator will then create its master schedule based on the DAS’ initial schedule. Utilizing CPM-based software, the Construction Administrator will assign a duration and relationship to each task, add or delete tasks, identify the logic of interrelationships and milestones, and perform schedule management activities to identify the project's critical path and timeline. The master schedule shall include all tasks from the pre-design phase through design, construction, and project closeout. Items to be identified during subsequent refinements include milestones for departmental occupancy, shop drawing and Construction Administrator reviews, special support services, mobilization and demobilization, long lead item purchases, and float times.

  • Holiday Schedule A. The Employer will determine the number and cate- gories of employees needed for holiday work and a schedule shall be posted as of the Tuesday preceding the service week in which the holiday falls.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off 1. When a holiday falls on a full-time employee's regularly scheduled day off, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of compensatory time.

  • Fourth Schedule All petroleum as defined in the Xxxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 on or below the surface of the land the subject of this lease is reserved to the Crown in right of the State of Western Australia with the right of the Crown in right of the State of Western Australia and any person lawfully claiming thereunder or otherwise authorised to do so to have access to the land the subject of this lease for the purpose of searching for and for the operations of obtaining petroleum (as so defined) in any part of the land.
