PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (PM). 2.1 The Contractor undertakes to make regular, scheduled visits to the Company site to test the functions and inspect the condition of the Equipment/System and make such adjustments or repairs as shall be necessary to keep the Equipment/System in good working order and safe for use. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the PM performed shall comply with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) maintenance procedures and safety tests and shall include all items listed in the service manual supplied with the Equipment/System any other special maintenance requirements recommended by the OEM.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (PM). (a) Contractor shall perform PM on all Client Agency equipment listed in the Attachment #1 on an annual or semi-annual basis as per the manufacturers printed recommendations. Client Agency shall inform Contractor of preference at the beginning of the Contract term. All preventive maintenance must be scheduled with Client Agency. Services will include but not be limited to the following • Client Agency shall be responsible for the back-up of all information on equipment before Contractor performs any PM services. • Improvements to include but not be limited to any Contractor changes, patches, corrections, additions, modifications, enhancements, updates, releases, revisions, error fixes or any new version of software. All improvements must be performed during the PM visit and conducted onsite at the DOC facility. • The Contractor shall perform an overhaul cleaning every six (6) months or as required and scheduled by the Client Agency. Overhaul cleanings are included in Routine repairs services and maintenance at no additional charges and must include inspection of generators to include but not be limited to: o Alignment, calibration, lubrication of moving parts, generator tube and assembly.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (PM). Program The Contractor shall develop and implement a PM program for all facilities, ground structures, installed equipment and systems and all other assets to ensure proper operation, to minimize breakdowns, and to maximize useful life. The Contractor shall develop and submit a PM program plan, detailing the plans for each individual specification item, for Government review and approval per Section F The Contractor is fully responsible for and shall perform any repairs, including replacement, discovered during scheduled maintenance work up to a total of $500 per occurrence in direct material and labor cost under the recurring work portion of the contract. If the estimated cost of the repair exceeds the liability limit, the Government may order the excess work with a service order, project work order or under the non-recurring work section of this contract; however, the Government will only be liable for the amount of cost exceeding the liability limit. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (PM). PM shall be done once in 3 months, for the wireless connectivity system and wireless antenna at MAPS, Kalpakkam under MC and report should be produced to the Engineer in charge for release of payment. Any Breakdown (BM) in between two PMs is to be adjusted by re-scheduling PM, PM shall include  physical checks,  cleaning of the system components and tower,  checking of system,  connectors etc for firmness,  dust cleaning as required  performance checking by contacting other equipments 7.0. RECORD OF EQPT.SPECIFICATION & MAINTENANCE OF SERVICE HISTORY CARD : Supplier shall prepare a history card for the equipment under MC and duly fill up the maintenance data on the card. The card will be retained with the Engineer-in-charge. The card shall contain details such as nature of PM done, adjustments done, spares replaced and other relevant data.

  • Preventive Maintenance The Contractor shall provide necessary preventive maintenance, required testing and inspection, calibration and/or other work necessary to maintain the equipment in complete operational condition during the warranty period.

  • Preventative Maintenance Standards of applicable Professional Governing Body. Anesthesia and surgical equipment maintenance standards as per manufacturer specifications and guidelines, subject to review and acceptance by AHS.

  • Corrective Maintenance ‌ Corrective Maintenance as referred to herein shall mean Repair and/or Replacement Services. For the purposes of evaluating whether Corrective Maintenance qualifies as either Minor or Major Corrective Maintenance, the Contractor shall calculate the total cost of the Corrective Maintenance in accordance with the following formulas, and the cost shall be calculated per Repair Item which shall be compared to the Major/Minor Corrective Maintenance Threshold listed in Table 2. The Contractor shall justify all costs for Major Corrective Maintenance to the Authorized User’s satisfaction, and for Repair Items that qualify as Major Corrective Maintenance the Contractor shall be compensated for the full cost of the work unless the corrective maintenance is determined to be the result of the Contractor’s negligence, in which case the Contract shall not be additionally compensated. Prior to performing any Major Corrective Maintenance, the Contractor shall submit a Cost Proposal to the Authorized User for approval. The Cost Proposal shall be a maximum, not to exceed price; shall include all labor and material costs associated with the Major Corrective Maintenance and shall be calculated on a per item basis (like items shall not be combined in the calculation). Upon approval, a letter authorizing the work will be issued by the Authorized User and a copy of such letter must accompany the invoice for the Major Corrective Maintenance services. Please note that if subcontractors are to be used, the requirements of Section 2.22 ‘Subcontracting of Work’ shall be met.

  • Routine Maintenance (i) CRC shall be responsible for Routine Maintenance when necessary or desirable to maintain the Shared Assets in a safe operating condition, and to permit and facilitate (A) the performance by CRC of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement, and (B) the use of Shared Assets by the Operators in accordance with this Agreement.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Vehicle Maintenance (a) The Company agrees to maintain all vehicles up to standards which will insure that the employees who operate such vehicles are not exposed to such hazards as arise out of lack of proper maintenance. Each employee who operates a Company vehicle bears the direct responsibility for its safe and proper operation. Each such employee is also responsible for reporting any malfunction of equipment, mechanical defect, and any accident involving the vehicle.

  • Site Maintenance The authorized area shall be maintained in a neat, clean, and safe condition, free of any solid waste, debris, or litter, except as specifically authorized herein.

  • Equipment Maintenance If this Contract involves computer or telecommunications hardware or other mechanical or electrical Equipment (use of the word "Equipment" means all the foregoing) as a Deliverable, then, during the warranty period and during any period covered by annual maintenance, the Contractor will provide Equipment maintenance to keep the Equipment in or restore the Equipment to good working order. This maintenance will include preventative and remedial maintenance, installation of safety changes, and installation of engineering changes based upon the specific needs of the individual item of Equipment. This maintenance will also include the repair, replacement, or exchange deemed necessary to keep the Equipment in good working order. For purposes of this Contract, Equipment restored to good working condition means Equipment that performs in accordance with the manufacturer's published specifications. The Contractor will exert its best efforts to perform all fault isolation and problem determination attributed to the Equipment covered under this Contract. The following services are outside the scope of this Contract:

  • Software Maintenance Subrecipient shall apply security patches and upgrades in a timely manner and keep virus software up-to-date on all systems on which State data may be stored or accessed.

  • INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas.
