Any Breakdown (BM) in between two PMs is to be adjusted by re-scheduling PM, PM shall include  physical checks,  cleaning of the system components and tower,  checking of system,  connectors etc for firmness,  dust cleaning as required  performance checking by contacting other equipments 7.0. RECORD OF EQPT.SPECIFICATION & MAINTENANCE OF SERVICE HISTORY CARD : The card shall contain details such as nature of PM done, adjustments done, spares replaced and other relevant data.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (PM). The service provider has to be carried out preventive maintenance on monthly basis. Activities not limited to the following should be carried out during the preventive maintenance:-
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (PM). (a) Contractor shall perform PM on all Client Agency equipment listed in the Attachment #1 on an annual or semi-annual basis as per the manufacturers printed recommendations. Client Agency shall inform Contractor of preference at the beginning of the Contract term. All preventive maintenance must be scheduled with Client Agency. Services will include but not be limited to the following • Client Agency shall be responsible for the back-up of all information on equipment before Contractor performs any PM services. • Improvements to include but not be limited to any Contractor changes, patches, corrections, additions, modifications, enhancements, updates, releases, revisions, error fixes or any new version of software. All improvements must be performed during the PM visit and conducted onsite at the DOC facility. • The Contractor shall perform an overhaul cleaning every six (6) months or as required and scheduled by the Client Agency. Overhaul cleanings are included in Routine repairs services and maintenance at no additional charges and must include inspection of generators to include but not be limited to: o Alignment, calibration, lubrication of moving parts, generator tube and assembly.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (PM). Program The Contractor shall develop and implement a PM program for all facilities, ground structures, installed equipment and systems and all other assets to ensure proper operation, to minimize breakdowns, and to maximize useful life. The Contractor shall develop and submit a PM program plan, detailing the plans for each individual specification item, for Government review and approval per Section F The Contractor is fully responsible for and shall perform any repairs, including replacement, discovered during scheduled maintenance work up to a total of $500 per occurrence in direct material and labor cost under the recurring work portion of the contract. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (PM). 2.1 The Contractor undertakes to make regular, scheduled visits to the Company site to test the functions and inspect the condition of the Equipment/System and make such adjustments or repairs as shall be necessary to keep the Equipment/System in good working order and safe for use. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the PM performed shall comply with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) maintenance procedures and safety tests and shall include all items listed in the service manual supplied with the Equipment/System any other special maintenance requirements recommended by the OEM.

CRC and the party performing the work shall agree to a reasonable fee for such work prior to performance.   • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Equipment Maintenance If this Contract involves computer or telecommunications hardware or other mechanical or electrical Equipment maintenance (use of the word "Equipment" means all the foregoing) as a Deliverable, then, during the warranty period and during any period covered by annual maintenance, the Contractor will provide Equipment maintenance to keep the Equipment in or restore the Equipment to good working order. This maintenance will include preventative and remedial maintenance, installation of safety changes, and installation of engineering changes based upon the specific needs of the individual item of Equipment. This maintenance will also include the repair, replacement, or exchange deemed necessary to keep the Equipment in good working order. For purposes of this Contract, Equipment restored to good working condition means Equipment that performs in accordance with the manufacturer's published specifications. The Contractor will exert its best efforts to perform all fault isolation and problem determination attributed to the Equipment covered under this Contract. The following services are outside the scope of this Contract: 1. Repair and replacement work or increase in maintenance time as a result of damage or loss resulting from accident, casualty, neglect, misuse, or abuse if such is the State's fault (and beyond normal wear and tear), damage resulting from improper packing or failure to follow prescribed shipping instruction (If such is done by the State), failure of electrical power, air conditioning or humidity control, use of supplies not approved by the original manufacturer of the Equipment as describe or included in the Contractor's proposal, or causes other than ordinary use of Equipment. 2. All information necessary for the State to perform the maintenance, including but not limited to logic diagrams, maintenance manuals and system and unit schematics with all changes noted. 3. A listing of spare parts and their recommended replacement schedule that will enable the State to create a centralized inventory of spare parts.

  • Software Maintenance Subrecipient shall apply security patches and upgrades in a timely manner and keep virus software up-to-date on all systems on which State data may be stored or accessed.

  • INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of such Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas. The Promoter shall endeavour that the committee responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Common Areas will be required to provide manpower for maintaining the Common Areas, wherever required, and to collect maintenance charges and also guest charges and the user charges for the utilities being provided on “pay by use” basis, if any. The maintenance and management of Common Areas by the committee will primarily include but not limited to maintenance of water works, common electrical installations, DG Sets, landscaping, driveways, parking areas, lobbies, lifts and staircases, AMC’s etc. It will also include safety and security of the Project such as fire detection and protection and management of general security control of the Project. The Rules/ Bye Laws to regulate the use and maintenance of the Common Areas shall during the interim maintenance period shall be framed by the Promoter with such restrictions as may be necessary for proper maintenance and all the Allottees are bound to follow the same. After the Common Areas of the Project are handed over to the Association, the Association may adopt the Rules and the Bye laws framed by the Promoter, with or without amendments, as may be deemed necessary by the Association.

  • Maintenance Plan Maintenance plan for the Project Facility for the next quarter and a report on maintenance carried out during the previous quarter (including any material deviation from expected maintenance activities as set out in the maintenance plan).

  • Maintenance Scheduling The NTO shall schedule maintenance of its facilities designated as NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control and schedule any outages (other than forced transmission outages) of said transmission system facilities in accordance with outage schedules approved by the ISO. The NTO shall comply with maintenance schedules coordinated by the ISO, pursuant to this Agreement, for NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control. The NTO shall be responsible for providing notification of maintenance schedules to the ISO for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification. The NTO shall provide notification of maintenance schedules to affected Transmission Owners for NTO Transmission Facilities Requiring ISO Notification and Local Area Transmission Facilities pursuant to Section 3.5.3 of the ISO Services Tariff.
