ELECTRONIC SUPPORT SYSTEM. 26.01 During the term of the Collective Agreement the Board will be converting several administrative applications to an electronic format. For the purposes of this agreement, the Board agrees to notify the Union of these changes. The Union shall have electronic access to all documents relevant to the Collective Agreement from the Union office.

ELECTRONIC SUPPORT SYSTEM. 23.01 During the terms of this agreement the Board will be converting several administrative applications to an electronic format. For purposes of this agreement the Board agrees to notify the Union of these changes. Letter of Understanding BETWEEN The Upper Canada District School Board AND PSSP Re: External Collaborative Relationships Protocol During the course of this agreement, the Board and the PSSP Bargaining Unit agree to implement the terms of the External Collaborative Relationships Protocol in regards to partnerships with external agencies that are related to program delivery for students with special needs and/or at risk students. The Bargaining Unit may appoint up to three (3) employees to participate in the Board’s External Collaborative Relationships Protocol Committee which shall review partnership opportunities with external agencies prior to implementation. Time spent in such meetings shall be considered time worked and such time shall not count towards the days permitted in 12.03.02. Letter of Understanding BETWEEN The Upper Canada District School Board AND PSSP Re: Performance Evaluation The parties agree that the bargaining unit will participate in the development of a performance evaluation procedure during the course of this collective agreement.   • Electronic Services We may provide electronic document delivery services for the delivery to you of all disclosures, statements, notices, contracts or agreements, receipts, modifications or amendments, and all other documentation regarding your membership, accounts, transactions, or other business you have with us (collectively referred to as "documents" or "documentation"). You may be required to sign a separate agreement regarding these services and you will be subject to any on-line instructions, rules, agreements, and restrictions provided on the website(s) or provided to you at the time you open an account or enroll in these services. You may be required to be enrolled in our on-line banking service in order to enroll in our electronic document delivery service. Enrollment in, and use of, these electronic services does not relieve you of your duty to promptly examine your statements, checks, and other documentation for irregularities or discrepancies regarding your accounts in accordance with this and your other Agreements you have with us. Subject to applicable law, we may suspend some or all electronic services and access to your checking or other account(s) if you become delinquent on any of your loan or deposit obligations to us or you cause a loss to us. We shall not be liable to you in any regard in connection with such suspension of services.

  • Electronic Storage The parties agree that the transaction described herein may be conducted and related documents may be stored by electronic means. Copies, telecopies, facsimiles, electronic files and other reproductions of original executed documents shall be deemed to be authentic and valid counterparts of such original documents for all purposes, including the filing of any claim, action or suit in the appropriate court of law.

  • Electronic Backups Subrecipient shall ensure that all electronic information is protected by performing regular backups of automated files and databases and ensure the availability of information assets for continued business. Subrecipient shall ensure that all data, files, and backup files are encrypted.

  • Electronic Devices No electronic devices that may hinder job performance or safety (especially cell phones), may be carried on employees’ person, or be used by employees during working hours.

  • Electronic Visit Verification (EVV). Provider shall cooperate with State requirements for electronic visit verification for personal care services and home health services, as applicable.
