ELIGIBILITY FOR STATUTORY HOLIDAY PAY. (a) To be eligible to receive pay for a statutory holiday, employees must have been employed for thirty (30) calendar days or more, and, an employee must work their last regularly scheduled shift immediately prior to the holiday and their first regularly scheduled shift following the holiday.
