Emergency Medical Services Employees Hours of Work i.) Notwithstanding other provisions of this Collective Agreement and consistent with The Ambulance Act, the standard hours of work for full time Employees shall consist of scheduled shifts so as to ensure a fourty-two (42) hour work week averaged over a period of sixteen (16) weeks and two thousand, one hundred and eighty-four (2184) hours annually.

Emergency Medical Services Employees Hours of Work. Notwithstanding other provisions of this Collective Agreement and consistent with The Ambulance Act, the standard hours of work for time Employees shall consist of scheduled shifts so as to ensure a (42) hour work week averaged over a period of sixteen (1 6) weeks and two thousand, one hundred and eighty-four (2 184) hours annually. Hours of work do not include periods when the Employee is assigned standby as per Article Standby. Employees shall have their seniority capped at one thousand nine hundred and point eight (1948.8) hours annually. Work-Related Duties for Employees that Work in Home Care All time spent by Employees performing authorized work-related duties including, but not limited to, charting, maintaining supplies, communicating client information, shall be considered as time worked.

  • Period of Services Unless otherwise stated herein, the Consultant will begin work after receipt of a properly executed copy of this Agreement. This Agreement assumes conditions permitting continuous and orderly progress through completion of the services. Times for performance shall be extended as necessary for delays or suspensions due to circumstances that the Consultant does not control. If such delay or suspension extends for more than six months, Consultant’s compensation shall be renegotiated.

  • Maternity Services Your benefits for maternity services are the same as your benefits for any other condition and are available whether you have Individual Coverage or Family Coverage.   • Covered Services Services to be performed by Contractor under this Agreement may involve the performance of trade work covered by the provisions of Section 6.22(e) [Prevailing Wages] of the Administrative Code or Section 21C [Miscellaneous Prevailing Wage Requirements] (collectively, “Covered Services”). The provisions of Section 6.22(e) and 21C of the Administrative Code are incorporated as provisions of this Agreement as if fully set forth herein and will apply to any Covered Services performed by Contractor and its subcontractors.
