Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). The Union elects one (1) representative to serve as a member of the EAP Committee and any other EAP committee which may be formed in the future. The employee who is a member of the EAP Committee is entitled to be absent without loss of pay to attend committee meetings.
Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). 64.1 At any time, employees may experience a personal or work-related difficulty that impacts on their work life. They may also find that stress and conflict at work impacts on their personal life. XXXX recognises the importance of providing assistance for employees and their immediate families at an early stage to enable them to deal with any difficulties. An employee may self- refer, or be formally or informally referred to the EAP for assistance.
Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). 9.1 The Employer has a confidential Employee Assistance Programme (“EAP”) in place. In the event the Employee considers that they require or could benefit from EAP support they should feel free to contact the provider directly. Participation in EAP is available to all continuing employees, and fixed term employees who are employed for six (6) month or more. In all cases, participation is completely voluntary and confidential.
9.2 Where the Employer has reasonable grounds for concern regarding the Employee's wellbeing, it shall be entitled to suggest that the Employee contact EAP.
