Employee Contact. Reflects only those contacts which either improve or reduce effectiveness of the employees involved. It does not apply to an employee’s personal popularity or lack of it. Does the employee mind their own business but at the same time have a proper concern for the problems of other employees whose jobs touch theirs? Is the employee a disruptive influence? Does the employee bother or embarrass others with personal problems? Is the employee a positive influence on the morale of others?
Employee Contact. Subject to prior approval of the appointing authority or designee, Union-paid staff and Union stewards are permitted to meet with a represented employee during the employee's work hours on matters within the scope of representation. With the prior approval of the appointing authority or designee, investigation of grievances or pre-disciplinary investigations may be conducted on an employee's work time. Such meetings shall be held in non-public work areas, except that a Union staff member or xxxxxxx may observe work being performed in public work areas. Requests to meet for the above purposes shall not be consistently or unreasonably denied.
Employee Contact. Companies and/or representatives may not conduct business with employees during working hours.
Employee Contact. It is the responsibility of the employee to provide the Employer with a current phone number and address.
Employee Contact. Prior to the Closing Date, and except as provided in Section 4.1, the Purchaser agrees not to contact any of the Employees unless receiving prior consent from the Seller. As soon as reasonably practicable following the date hereof, the Seller will reasonably cooperate with the Purchaser, to the extent reasonably requested and legally permissible, to provide the Purchaser with information about the Employees, including providing the Purchaser with the personnel files of those Employees who provide the Seller with their written consent thereto and a means to meet with the Employees. The Seller shall provide the officers and authorized representatives of the Purchaser with an opportunity to meet with the Employees prior to the Closing Date for training purposes, provided that the Purchaser shall pay or reimburse the travel and meal expenses of such Employees in connection with such training, at reasonable times without interfering with the Branches’ normal business and operations, or the affairs of the Seller directly related to the Branches. The Seller shall also provide the officers and authorized representatives of the Purchaser an opportunity to meet with the Seller’s employees located in Wooster who have technical and operational expertise with respect to the operations of the Branches for purposes of such employees providing technical or operational assistance to the Purchaser prior to the Closing Date.
Employee Contact. Except as provided elsewhere in this Agreement, any authorized Representative shall have the right to contact individual employees working within the represented unit, during normal business hours, on matters of Union business
Employee Contact. It is the responsibility of the employee to keep the Employer informed of their current address and telephone number. If an employee fails to do this, the Employer will not be responsible for a failure of a notice to reach an employee.
Employee Contact. Representative(s) of the Union shall have the right to contact employees at their place of employment during working hours on matters respecting this Agreement or its administration. The Union must first obtain authorization from the Employer as to an appropriate time for such contact. Permission for such contact shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Employee Contact. At no time shall Xx. Xxxxxxxx contact any employee who is currently employed by United Auto Credit Corporation or United Pan Am Financial Corporation during normal business hours for any reason. Should Xx. Xxxxxxxx maintain personal relationships with United Auto Credit Corporation or United Pan Am Financial Corporation employees outside of employment with the Company, Xx. Xxxxxxxx shall at no time discuss the terms of this Agreement with current employees of the Company.
Employee Contact. Non-employee Association Representative(s) shall have the right to contact individual employees working within the unit on matters of Association business providing such contact does not unduly interfere with the work of the employee or the County. When contact is made at the work site of the employee during normal business hours, it shall be after prior approval of the employee's supervisor. Such approval shall not be unreasonably denied. An officer of the Association may act in-lieu of the paid representative upon prior arrangement between the paid representative and the County's Director of Human Resources.
