Employee Equipment. 1. Each school shall maintain the following equipment for employees: A desk and chair for use of the employee in every case where the Superintendent or his/her designee determines that it is practical to do so. 2. To the extent required by any applicable laws or regulations, special clothing, equipment and devices as may be needed by an employee to perform assigned duties shall be provided by the Board without charge to the employee.

Employee Equipment. The Town shall provide, at no cost to the employee, the following articles of equipment to the appropriate employees. Employee Equipment. The Town shall provide, at no cost to the employee, all the equipment necessary to do their job safely based on OSHA standards and job requirements. Replacement shall be made if deemed needed by the employee’s immediate supervisor. Equipment includes, but is not limited to, such items as hard hats, safety glasses, high visibility vests and shirts, gloves, waterproof boots, bug repellent, seasonal coats, and rain gear.

  • Protective Equipment Licensee, and its employees and contractors, shall utilize and install adequate protective equipment to ensure the safety of people and facilities, consistent with Applicable Standards. Licensee shall at its own expense install protective devices designed to handle the voltage and current impressed on its Communications Facilities in the event of a contact with the supply conductor, as specified in Applicable Standards. Except as provided in Article 15.1, District shall not be liable for any actual or consequential damages to Licensee’s Communications Facilities or Licensee’s customers’ facilities.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Safety Equipment Should the employment duties of an employee in the bargaining unit require use of any equipment or gear to insure the safety of the employee or others, the District agrees to furnish such equipment or gear.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement.
