Employee Orientations. CSEA shall have one orientation session with each new district employee in the bargaining unit. This orientation session shall take place within one month of the new employee’s first day of service and shall not exceed 15 minutes unless the session is with a group of new employees. If the session is with a group of new employees, the session shall not exceed 60 minutes.
