Employee Recognition. In addition to continuing existing programs to recognize outstanding performance, the PARTIES agree to establish a program to offer recognition to work teams or individuals whose efforts improve the delivery of METRO services to county residents and/or achieve cost savings while maintaining or bettering the present quality of service delivery.
