Past Practices and Existing Memoranda of Understanding. Continuance of working conditions and practices not specifically authorized by ordinance or by resolution of the City Council, or by the Fire Department Rules and Regulations as they may be amended, is not guaranteed by the Memorandum of Understanding. This MOU shall supersede all prior or existing memoranda of understanding and City Council resolutions covering the terms and conditions of employment of Fire Captains or the Unit.
