Employment Conditions Staff employed on the twilight shift shall be subject to the following employment conditions:
SAFETY CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT A. The District and its employees shall be safety conscious in their conduct and actions and shall cooperate in the implementation of the District's safety program.
Training Conditions 3.1 The Trainee shall attend an approved training course or training program prescribed in the Training Agreement or as notified to the trainee by the relevant State or Territory Training Authority in accredited and relevant Traineeship Schemes.
TEACHING CONDITIONS The parties recognize that the availability of optimum school facilities for both student and teacher is desirable to insure the high quality of education that is the goal of both the teacher and the Board. It is also acknowledged that the primary duty and responsibility of the teacher is to teach and that the organization of the school and the school day should be directed at insuring that the energy of the teacher is primarily utilized to this end.
PRESENT CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS All rights, benefits and working conditions which employees now enjoy, receive or possess as employees of the Employer shall continue to be enjoyed and possessed insofar as they are consistent with this Agreement but may be modified by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union.

Service Conditions Customer acknowledges that in the event of a service issue, Customer is responsible for on-site cooperative testing with LightEdge Technical Support to assist in the diagnosis of the trouble. Customer agrees to be bound to current terms of LightEdge Acceptable Use Policy. Terms of the Acceptable Use Policy are subject to change without notice. Funding for Training (a) In furtherance of the objectives of clause 31 hereof, and as a further initiative to enhance the employment and career opportunities of the Employees, the Parties will continue to facilitate on-going training to improve occupational health & safety in the industry and to improve employees work skills so as to advance progression to higher industry skill levels.
Employee Training The Provider shall provide periodic security training to those of its employees who operate or have access to the system. Further, Provider shall provide LEA with contact information of an employee who LEA may contact if there are any security concerns or questions.
