Employment Disclaimer. The students participating in the program will not be considered employees or agents of the HOST AGENCY or SCHOOL for any purpose. Students will not be entitled to receive any compensation from HOST AGENCY or SCHOOL or any benefits of employment from HOST AGENCY or SCHOOL, including but not limited to, health care or workers’ compensation benefits, vacation, sick time, or any other benefit of employment, direct or indirect. HOST AGENCY will not be required to purchase any form of insurance for the benefit or protection of any student of the SCHOOL.

HOST AGENCY will not be required to purchase any form of insurance for the benefit or protection of any student of TWU unless required by the laws of the state in which HOST AGENCY is located.
Employment Disclaimer. This agreement is not a third-party beneficiary contract, and confers no rights upon any students, residents or employees of the parties. In particular, the students and residents assigned to the HOST FACILITY shall not be considered as employees of the JCESOM or HOST FACILITY and shall not be covered, by virtue of this agreement, by any of the JCESOM or HOST FACILITY 's employee benefit programs, including but not limited to social security, health insurance, unemployment compensation, medical liability coverage, sickness and accident disability insurance, or worker's compensation.
Employment Disclaimer. 48.1 This Agreement is not intended to constitute, create, give rise to, or otherwise recognize a joint venture agreement, partnership, or other business association or organization of any kind between the Parties, and the rights and obligations of the Parties shall be only those expressly set forth in this Agreement.

PHC will not be required to purchase any form of insurance for the benefit or protection of any student of the SCHOOL.
Employment Disclaimer. At no time shall a Student be considered an employee or agent, except for the purposes of PHIPA of the Hospital for any purpose. The Student is not entitled to receive any compensation from Hospital or any benefits of employment from Hospital, including without limitation, to worker’s compensation benefits, vacation, sick time or any other direct or indirect benefit. Survival Sections 3.1, 4.0, 6.0 and 8.9 shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

AGENCY will not be required to purchase any form of insurance for the benefit or protection of any student of the SCHOOL. However, in the event a student is paid by the AGENCY during their learning experiences pursuant to Section A.9, this section F shall not apply.

Except for purposes of determining who is a member of WhidbeyHealth’s “workforce” under HIPAA, as defined under 45 CFR 160.103, the students participating in the program will not be considered employees or agents of WhidbeyHealth or School for any purpose. Students will not be entitled to receive any compensation from WhidbeyHealth or School or any benefits of employment from WhidbeyHealth or School, including but not limited to, health care or workers’ compensation benefits, vacation, sick time, or any other benefit of employment, direct or indirect. WhidbeyHealth will not be required to purchase any form of insurance for the benefit or protection of any student of the School.
