Employment Disclaimer. The students participating in the program will not be considered employees or agents of the HOST AGENCY or SCHOOL for any purpose. Students will not be entitled to receive any compensation from HOST AGENCY or SCHOOL or any benefits of employment from HOST AGENCY or SCHOOL, including but not limited to, health care or workers’ compensation benefits, vacation, sick time, or any other benefit of employment, direct or indirect. HOST AGENCY will not be required to purchase any form of insurance for the benefit or protection of any student of the SCHOOL.

Students will not be entitled to receive any compensation from the Host Agency or the Sending Agency or any benefits of employment from the Host Agency or the Sending Agency. HOST AGENCY will not be required to purchase any form of insurance for the benefit or protection of any student of TWU unless required by the laws of the state in which HOST AGENCY is located.

Students shall not be entitled to receive any compensation from Agency or University or any benefits of employment from University or Agency, including but not limited to, health care or workers’ compensation benefits, vacation or sick time, or any other benefit of employment, direct or indirect. Neither University nor Agency shall not be required to purchase any form of insurance for the benefit or protection of any student of Agency.
Employment Disclaimer. This agreement is not a third-party beneficiary contract, and confers no rights upon any students, residents or employees of the parties. In particular, the students and residents assigned to the HOST FACILITY shall not be considered as employees of the JCESOM or HOST FACILITY and shall not be covered, by virtue of this agreement, by any of the JCESOM or HOST FACILITY 's employee benefit programs, including but not limited to social security, health insurance, unemployment compensation, medical liability coverage, sickness and accident disability insurance, or worker's compensation.
Employment Disclaimer. Participation in the Program will not afford Participants status as employees or agents of the Facility or University for any purpose. The Parties agree that Participants will not be entitled to receive any compensation or employment benefits from Facility, including but not limited to, health care or workers’ compensation benefits, vacation, sick time, or any other benefit of employment, direct or indirect. Facility will not be required to purchase any form of insurance for the benefit or protection of any student of the University.

Students will not be entitled to receive any compensation from PHC or SCHOOL or any benefits of employment from PHC, Missoula County, or SCHOOL, including but not limited to, health care or workers’ compensation benefits, vacation, sick time, or any other benefit of employment, direct or indirect. PHC will not be required to purchase any form of insurance for the benefit or protection of any student of the SCHOOL.
Employment Disclaimer. 12.1 This Agreement is not intended to constitute, create, give rise to, or otherwise recognize a joint venture agreement, partnership, or other formal business association or organization of any kind, and the rights and obligations of the Parties shall be only those expressly set forth in this Agreement.
12.2 The City agrees that no individual performing under this Agreement on behalf of City may be considered a County agent, employee, or representative and that no rights of County civil service, County retirement, or County personnel rules shall accrue or apply to any such individual. The City shall have total responsibility for all salaries, wages, bonuses, retirement, withholdings, workers’ compensation, occupational disease compensation, unemployment compensation, other employee benefits, and all taxes and premiums appurtenant thereto concerning such individuals, and the City shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the County with respect to the foregoing.
12.3 The County agrees that no individual performing under this Agreement on behalf of County may be considered a City agent, employee, or representative and that no rights of City civil service, City retirement, or City personnel rules shall accrue or apply to any such individual. The County shall have total responsibility for all salaries, wages, bonuses, retirement, withholdings, workers’ compensation, occupational disease compensation, unemployment compensation, other employee benefits, and all taxes and premiums appurtenant thereto concerning such individuals and the County shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City with respect to the foregoing.
Employment Disclaimer. At no time shall a Student be considered an employee or agent, except for the purposes of PHIPA of the Hospital for any purpose. The Student is not entitled to receive any compensation from Hospital or any benefits of employment from Hospital, including without limitation, to worker’s compensation benefits, vacation, sick time or any other direct or indirect benefit.

Students will not be entitled to receive any compensation from AGENCY or any benefits of employment from AGENCY, including but not limited to, health care or workers’ compensation benefits, vacation, sick time, or any other benefit of employment, direct or indirect. AGENCY will not be required to purchase any form of insurance for the benefit or protection of any student of the SCHOOL. However, in the event a student is paid by the AGENCY during their learning experiences pursuant to Section A.9, this section F shall not apply.
