ENHANCEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE. A. The University shall maintain a professional staff to work with students to develop a community concept within the housing facility to enhance students' educational experience at the University. The University shall provide opportunity for input by Licensee into the development of the community. The facility shall be operated to enhance the intellectual, social, physical, occupational, and emotional opportunities available to Licensee.

The University shall provide opportunities for input from Licensees on the development of the community. Licensee agrees to recognize the importance of maintaining the premises/student housing building and grounds as an environment conducive for fellow Licensees to study, live, and sleep in the student housing facilities. While in this community, Xxxxxxxx agrees not to disturb this environment.

The University shall provide opportunity for input by Licensee into the development of the community. The student housing facility shall be operated to enhance the social, educational, and recreational opportunities available to Licensee.
ENHANCEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE. A. FHS shall endeavor to maintain a professional staff to work with students to develop a community within University Village to enhance students’ educational experience at the University. FHS shall establish guidelines to facilitate Licensee input into the governance of University Village. A primary goal of FHS is to operate University Village in such a manner as to enhance the social, educational, developmental, and recreational opportunities available to Licensee.

The University shall provide opportunities for input from Licensees on the development of the community. While in the housing facility, Licensee agrees not to disturb this environment.

The University shall provide opportunities for input from Licensees on the development of the community. Opportunities may be offered in the form of, but not limited to, community feedback survey’s, Hall Councils, and Residence Hall Association.

The University shall provide opportunity for input by Licensee into the development of the community. The housing community shall be operated to enhance the social, educational and recreational opportunities available to Licensee. Licensee agrees to recognize the importance of maintaining the housing community as an environment that is conducive for fellow students to study, live, and sleep in the housing community. Xxxxxxxx agrees not to disturb this environment and to follow the Community Standards.

The Corporation, in cooperation with Student Housing & Residential Life, shall maintain a professional staff to work with the students to develop a community environment to enhance students’ educational experiences at CSUMB. The Corporation shall provide opportunity for input by Licensee into the development of the community. The housing community shall be operated to enhance the social, educational and recreational opportunities available to Licensee. Licensee agrees to recognize the importance of maintaining the housing community as an environment that is conducive for fellow students to study, live, and sleep in the housing community. Licensee agrees not to disturb this environment and to follow the Student Housing & Residential Life Community Standards.

While in the housing facility, the Licensee agrees not to disturb this environment. The University shall maintain onsite professional staff to assist in maintaining the community environment.
ENHANCEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE. (a) Feather River College Student Housing shall maintain a professional staff to work with students to develop a community concept within the housing facility to enhance student's educational experience at Feather River College. Feather River College Student Housing shall provide opportunity for input by Licensee into the development of the community. The facility shall be operated to enhance the educational, social, and recreational opportunities available to Licensee.
