Entitlements – Part Time Employment. A part time pilots annual leave, personal leave and long service leave entitlements shall be pro-rata. Previous entitlements accrued under full time employment will be transferred to ensure no loss is incurred as a result of converting to part time work. Service increments will accumulate on a pro-rata basis. Part time employment will not affect seniority rights.
