EQUIPMENT AND HARDWARE. Under the terms of Momentum’s agreements with its subcontractors, only Equipment provided by the subcontractor has been approved for use with some elements of the Service. If you intend to use any equipment not provided by Momentum, such equipment must be approved by Momentum in advance. Momentum reserves the right to refuse or terminate Service if you are using equipment that has not been approved by Momentum or, if applicable, a Momentum subcontractor.
EQUIPMENT AND HARDWARE. Under the terms of Firefly Fiber Broadband’s agreements with its subcontractors, only Equipment provided by the subcontractor has been approved for use with some elements of the Service. If you intend to use any equipment not provided by Firefly Fiber Broadband, such equipment must be approved by Firefly Fiber Broadband in advance. Firefly Fiber Broadband reserves the right to refuse or terminate Service if you are using equipment that has not been approved by Firefly Fiber Broadband or, if applicable, a Firefly Fiber Broadband subcontractor.
EQUIPMENT AND HARDWARE. Contractor shall provide, support and maintain, and upgrade any equipment or hardware provided by Contractor to Agency in accordance with the [lease/purchase] terms in [Exhibit].
EQUIPMENT AND HARDWARE. All small cell Carrier equipment must be housed internal to the equipment cabinet or hidden behind the antenna. Carrier equipment may not be strapped to the outside of the pole or otherwise visible external to the pole. Dual‐carrier poles are generally required, and all the network provider equipment must be located internal to the pole and cantenna. The exception to these requirements are utility pole applications, which are discussed in a separate section.
EQUIPMENT AND HARDWARE. Under the terms of Rocket Fiber’s agreements with its subcontractors, only Equipment provided by the subcontractor has been approved for use with some elements of the Voice Service. If you intend to use any equipment not provided by Rocket Fiber, such equipment must be certified for the solution as approved by Rocket Fiber in advance in Rocket Fiber’s sole discretion. Rocket Fiber reserves the right to refuse or terminate Voice Service if you are using equipment that has not been approved by Rocket Fiber or, if applicable, a Rocket Fiber subcontractor.
EQUIPMENT AND HARDWARE. 19.1 The Enforcement Infrastructure Interface to be provided by the Service Provider may, at TfL’s option, include Other Service Provider Hardware as the interconnection point (being the data exit point from the Service Provider Hardware into the Other Service Provider’s Systems) between the Enforcement Infrastructure Interface and interfaces with Other Service Providers (including but not limited to the Core Interface).
19.2 In relation to any Other Service Provider Hardware, the Service Provider shall:
(A) site the Other Service Provider Hardware on the Premises for the purpose of interconnecting the Enforcement Infrastructure Interface to the Core Interface;
(B) provide an Other Service Provider with reasonable access to the Premises from time to time on reasonable notice in order to enable that Other Service Provider to install, maintain and remove Other Service Provider Hardware provided that TfL shall use reasonable endeavours to procure that such Other Service Provider gives reasonable notice and a reasonable level of detail regarding the purpose for requiring such access;
(C) at its own cost, provide a suitable operating environment (including air temperature and humidity) for the Other Service Provider Hardware at the Premises, being the same (or identical to the) environment as the Service Provider provides for its own comparable equipment and hardware located at the Premises; and
(D) ensure at all times that it does not do, omit to do or permit any Third Party to do or omit to do, anything which:
(1) prevents the Other Service Provider from accessing (including without limitation by way of connectivity) the Other Service Provider Hardware (including without limitation by electronic remote management); or
(2) otherwise terminates, disrupts, affects or reduces the connectivity of the Other Service Provider Hardware with the Enforcement Infrastructure, provided that where compliance with this sub-clause 19.2(D) would adversely affect the provision of the Services, the Service Provider shall promptly inform TfL in writing of this fact giving its reasons, following which (where TfL, acting reasonably, determines that it is more likely than not to have such an adverse effect) TfL shall promptly confirm in writing that complying with this sub-clause shall be deemed to be a TfL Event;
(1) loss or damage to the Other Service Provider Hardware while on the Premises;
(2) loss or damage to the Premises and its property caused by the Other Service Provider H...
EQUIPMENT AND HARDWARE. Many of Company’s Equipment are provided PROMETHA®-enabled and include all hardware necessary to connect to the Platform. However, some model(s) of Company’s boiler room equipment may not yet be PROMETHA®-enabled, and therefore Licensee may have to purchase and have installed additional hardware that will allow Licensee to connect its equipment to the Platform. Licensee understands and agrees that all such purchases will be made pursuant to separate sales and installation agreements.
EQUIPMENT AND HARDWARE. (a) Bluewater shall be solely responsible for the supply of all tools and hardware in support of the required meter maintenance and installation.
(b) Bluewater shall be solely responsible for the supply of water meters, remote reading devices and appurtenances in relation to services rendered in accordance with Section 1(a), 1(b) and 1(c), although the costs of such materials and handling shall be paid by the Township.
(c) Bluewater shall be solely responsible for the supply of water meters, remote reading devices and appurtenances in relation to services rendered in accordance with Section 1(d) for new homes and businesses, although the costs of such materials and 15% administration fee shall be paid by the new water customer, collected by the Client and remitted to Bluewater.
EQUIPMENT AND HARDWARE. (a) Bluewater shall be solely responsible for the supply of all hardware required for meter reading data capture (the “Hardware”). The Client shall provide accessible space at its premises for the storage of the Hardware.
(b) Notwithistanding Subsection 6(a), the Client shall reimburse Bluewater for 50% of the cost of acquisition of the Hardware as well as 50% of the ongoing maintenance cost of the Hardware.
(c) The Client shall be permitted to use the Hardware for reading of meters for its own purposes, which may include reading of meters for the intervening months between quarterly readings performed by Bluewater.
(d) (b) The Client shall be solely responsible for water meters and touchpads for meters, if any.
(e) (c)Bluewater shall not be responsible for the maintenance of data as all data shall be under the possession and control of Client.
