Erection of Signs. Lessee may place suitable signs on the leased premises for the purpose of indicating the nature of the facility, provided, however, that such signs shall be in conformance with the laws and ordinances of the State of Oregon and the City of Sweet Home, and provided further that such signs will not damage leased premises in any manner.
Erection of Signs. 1. Chamber shall have the right to place signs on the outside of the premises for the purpose of advertising business, provided the signs do not cause substantial damage to the premises.
2. Upon termination of this Agreement, Chamber shall remove any and all signs at its expense.
3. All signage shall be in accordance with all City ordinances and regulations.
Erection of Signs. On the leased premises the Tenant shall be allowed to erect suitable advertising signs to advertise its business, subject to the prior written approval of the Lessor as to the form, type, size, location and method of installation.
Erection of Signs. Tenant shall have the right, with the prior written consent of Landlord, to erect signs for advertising purposes in connection with its business at the Premises. All signs shall comply with applicable governmental rules and regulations, and Tenant shall remove such signs at the expiration of the Term or sooner termination of this: ease, as the case may be, and restore the area to original condition.
Erection of Signs. TENANT may erect signs on the Premises or the structures on the Premises, but erection or application of said signs shall be allowed only with the written permission of the COUNTY. All signs shall be approved by COUNTY and shall be erected in conformity with the County and City codes, ordinances, and policies with regard to signage.
Erection of Signs. 1 Do not commence work on the Site until all necessary temporary construction signs and all other traffic control devices as proposed in the traffic accommodation strategy are in place.
.2 When signs require frequent moves, portable type signs, mounted on weighted stands, may be used. Place portable signs on the shoulder of the road such that the face of the sign is fully visible to oncoming traffic and the bottom of the sign is not less than 300 mm above the road surface. Provide securely weighted stands and erect in a manner to ensure against being blown over by prevailing winds or gusts from passing vehicles.
.3 Ensure non-portable signs are conspicuously posted, and erected at right angles to the road, with the bottom of the sign at a height of 1500 mm above the road surface, and not less than 2000 mm or more than 6000 mm from the nearest traffic lane.
.4 Erect traffic signs and devices close to the construction work adjacent to the road, or the road work, in progress. Move them to remain close to the work with the progress of the construction.
.5 Mark objects within or immediately adjacent to the road which constitute a hazard to traffic with alternating black and orange stripes attached directly to the object or erected immediately in front of it.
.6 Ensure the use of signs is held to a minimum to prevent confusion.
Erection of Signs. Sub-subtenant shall have the right, with the prior written consent of Landlord, to erect, at the main entrance to the Leased Premises, signs for advertising purposes in connection with its business at the Leased Premises. All signs shall comply with applicable governmental rules and regulations, and Sub-subtenant shall remove such signs at the expiration of the Term or sooner termination of this Lease, as the case may be, and restore the sign area to its original condition. Landlord shall include Sub-subtenant’s name in any building directory.
Erection of Signs. Subject to Landlord's prior approval, Tenant shall have the right to place a sign on the exterior of the Complex displaying Tenant's name. Tenant shall also have the right, to erect signs in the parking lot, at the curbs, at its private entrances and at internal building locations, which locations shall be in Tenant's reasonable discretion. All signs shall comply with applicable governmental rules and regulations, and Tenant shall remove such signs at the expiration of the Term or sooner termination of this Lease, as the case may be.
Erection of Signs. Subject to the Land Grant and the law, to from time to time install, amend and remove Signs as the Owner of the Public Vehicle Park deems fit in any part of the Public Vehicle Park Provided That the appearance (including the type, design, style, size, height and material) of any such Sign shall be subject to the approval of the Manager which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Erection of Signs. Tenant shall have the right and privilege of erecting signs for advertising purposes in connection with its business at the Demised Premises provided, however, that no sign shall be erected on the roof and that all signs comply with the applicable rules and regulations of the applicable governmental boards and bureaus having jurisdiction thereof, and Tenant shall remove same at the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease.
