Design Development Services. 2.4.1 Design-Builder and Owner shall, consistent with any applicable provision of the Contract Documents, agree upon any interim design submissions that Owner may wish to review, which interim design submissions may include design criteria, drawings, diagrams and specifications setting forth the Project requirements. On or about the time of the scheduled submissions, Design-Builder and Owner shall meet and confer about the submissions, with Design-Builder identifying during such meetings, among other things, the evolution of the design and any significant changes or deviations from the Contract Documents, or, if applicable, previously submitted design submissions. Minutes of the meetings will be maintained by Design-Builder and provided to all attendees for review. Following the design review meeting, Owner shall review and approve the interim design submissions in a time that is consistent with the turnaround times set forth in Design-Builder's schedule.

Design Development Services. 2.4.1 Design-Builder shall be responsible for the professional quality, technical accuracy, timely completion and coordination of all drawings, specifications and other design submissions required to be developed by Design-Builder under the Contract Documents and shall, without additional compensation, correct or revise any errors, omissions or other deficiencies in such design submissions.
Design Development Services. 2.3.2.1 Based on the approved Schematic Design Documents for each DC Project and any adjustments authorized by Webvan in the Development Plan or the Project Budget for such DC Project, Bechtel shall prepare for Webvan's review and approval drawings of sufficient detail to describe the size, shape, configuration, and quantity of typical and non-typical elements of each such DC Project (including, without limitation, the Operating Equipment), outline specifications and other documents which fix and describe the size and character of the DC Project as to architecture, engineering, structure, layout, electrical systems, mechanical systems, plumbing systems, materials and equipment (including the Operating Equipment), all of which documents are collectively referred to herein as the "DESIGN DEVELOPMENT DOCUMENTS".

Design Development Services. 60% SUBMISSION‌ This Phase shall consist of the development of the approved schematic design, including the mechanical, electrical and all other systems required for the Project, as well as recommendations for bidding packages, order of construction and timing. During this Phase, all design criteria and solutions shall be established and developed within the program requirements and budget as established by the Owner.
Design Development Services. In the Design Development Phase, the Architect shall provide those services designated necessary to prepare from the approved Schematic Design Documents, for approval by the Owner, the Design Development Documents consisting of drawings and other documents to fix and describe the size and character of the entire Project, including architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, materials and such other elements as may be appropriate. Consideration shall be given to availability of materials, equipment and labor, construction sequencing and scheduling, economic analysis of construction and operations, user safety and maintenance requirements, and energy conservation.

Design Development Services. Xxxxxx Mechanical shall submit to Owner construction plans and specifications setting forth in detail drawings and specifications described in the requirements for construction of the Plant and completion of the Work. The construction documents shall meet the requirements of the Contract and be consistent with the scope of the Work. Xxxxxx Mechanical and Owner shall meet and confer about the submissions, with Owner’s review of the design submissions and construction documents being for the purpose of mutually establishing a conformed set of construction documents compatible with the requirements of the Work. Neither Owner’s review nor approval of any design submissions or construction documents shall be deemed to transfer any design liability from Xxxxxx Mechanical to Owner.
Design Development Services. 2.4.1 Upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed for Design Services, the Design-Builder shall instruct the Engineer of Record to commence the design and the preparation of the Construction Documents per the Contract Documents and the Scope of Work Services, Phase 1 (Exhibit C). The Construction Documents shall provide information customarily necessary in documents for projects of similar size, complexity, and quality. The Construction Documents shall include all information required to complete the construction of the Project, other than such details customarily developed by others during construction. 2.4.2 Contract Schedule shall indicate the times for Owner to review the completion of each such portion of the Construction Documents and a reasonable time for review of same. Design-Builder and Owner shall, consistent with any applicable provision of the Contract Documents, agree upon any interim design submissions that Owner may wish to review, which interim design submissions may include design criteria, drawings, diagrams and specifications setting forth the Project requirements. Interim design submissions shall be consistent with the Basis of Design Documents, as the Basis of Design Documents may have been changed through the design process set forth in this Section. Changes to the Basis of Design Documents, including those that are deemed minor changes under Section 9.3.1, shall be processed in accordance with Article 9. Minutes of the meetings, including a full listing of all changes, will be maintained by Design-Builder and provided to all attendees for review.
