Establishing an Account. When registering, you will be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, username and password, and other personal information. You agree that any registration information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. You must not impersonate someone else or provide account information or an email address other than your own. Your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Establishing an Account a) In order to use the Service (other than the publicly available portion of the Website), you are required to register for a Subscription and create an account (“Account”). To be eligible to use the Service, You must meet the following criteria and represent and warrant that you: (1) are 18 years of age or older; (2) are not currently restricted from the Service, or not otherwise prohibited from registering with Ravacan or having a Ravacan account, (3) are not a competitor of Ravacan or are not using the Service for reasons that are in competition with Ravacan; (4) have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party; (5) will not violate any rights of Ravacan, including intellectual property rights such as copyright or trademark rights; and (6) agree to provide at your cost all equipment, software, internet, and data access necessary to use the Service.

To open and maintain an Account with us and access Services, you must provide such information as we reasonably request. The information that you provide must be complete, accurate and up-to-date, and we shall be entitled to rely on such information.
