eStatements. You may enroll in eStatements to receive your Account statements online the day they are processed rather than receiving them via regular mail. Once enrolled in Online Banking, you may separately enroll in eStatements on the Online Banking site. Terms and conditions for your use of eStatements will be presented to you electronically when you enroll in eStatements, and you will be deemed to have agreed to all such terms and conditions when you use eStatements. Once enrolled in eStatements, you can view your last eighteen (18) statements (from the date you enroll) and digital copies of your checks organized by number. You can also print your eStatements or save them directly to your Computer. When you provide us with Transfer Instructions requesting either a Consumer Loan Payment or a Transfer between Accounts, you authorize us to withdraw (or advance, in the case of a Consumer Loan) the necessary funds from the Account that you designate. You will not be able to cancel these Transfer Instructions once they are submitted. You agree that you will instruct us to make a withdrawal only when a sufficient balance (or available credit) is or will be available in the Account at the time of the transaction. We will not be obligated to act on Transfer Instructions if there are not sufficient collected funds available to complete the transaction at the designated time. Your ability to perform these Online Transactions is subject to the limitations described in Section 10 of this Agreement and any limitations that may be described in the EFT Disclosure and your Account Agreements. We may, from time to time, introduce new types of Online Transactions. We will provide you with notice of these new transaction types to the extent and in the manner required by Applicable Law. We will update this Agreement to incorporate these new transaction types. Your use of the new transactions will signify your acceptance of the terms and conditions governing the new transaction types. Any transfers made from or between your Accounts with us through Online Banking will appear on your periodic Account statement. You agree to review your statement promptly and in accordance with your Account Agreements. You must tell us at once if your statement shows any Online Transactions that you did not authorize.

eStatements. I understand that by agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Disclosure, I have the ability to access my account statement(s) within the Credit Union’s online banking. I understand that these statements will be available online for up to twenty-four (24) consecutive months. Any older statements will be purged. I understand that I can request copies of my statement(s) that are older than twenty-four (24) months by contacting the Credit Union. Please check the Fee Schedule for any applicable fees. I understand by accepting this service, I waive the option of receiving printed statements by mail and it is my responsibility to maintain proper equipment/software that will enable me to print and save these eStatements for my records. I also understand that during the first month of enrollment, I may receive a printed statement by mail in addition to my new eStatement. If my email changes, I agree to update this service with my new email address within online banking. If I choose to discontinue receiving my statements electronically and begin receiving printed statements, I agree to “opt-out” of eStatements within online banking or contact the Credit Union prior to the end of the month and/or statement cycle. I agree it is my responsibility to examine each eStatement and report any irregularities or disputes in the same time and manner as I would for a printed statement. I understand that each time I access my account information at the Credit Union electronically, I agree to the terms and conditions that exist as of that date. Terms and conditions are subject to change.
eStatements. You may elect to have your statement delivered to you electronically instead of by postal mail. The Credit Union must receive your consent before changing your statement delivery method. All eStatements are available for up to eighteen months and can only be accessed by means of a secure site that uses a combination of password entry plus data encryption. To obtain your eStatements, you can use any computer that has access to the Internet. Certain software requirements may exist and will be listed on the eStatement Internet site. The Credit Union will notify you via e-mail when you have a statement that is ready for viewing. To ensure you have access to your statements, you must provide us with your current e-mail address. By informing the Credit Union in writing, you may at any time elect to discontinue your eStatement and return to receiving your statement via postal mail.
eStatements. Bank will provide Customer with the option to utilize the eStatements service, which allows Customer to access Account statements through the System. Upon acceptance of the applicable terms and disclosures, the eStatements feature may be used to receive electronic delivery of Account statements through the System. The ability to sign up for and retrieve eStatements is assigned by the Administrator. Enrollment in eStatements will terminate paper delivery of statements from Bank to Customer or any third party designations. In order to receive paper statements after electing to utilize the eStatements service, Customer must notify Bank at the applicable address or phone number set forth below.

Paper statements may be printed from Cybercu, or you may request a paper statement to be mailed to you at the address on file by contacting Jeep Country Federal Credit Union at 000-000-0000, Teller phone teller at 000-000-0000 or by email at xxxx@xxxxxx.xxx Note: Should you opt to receive estatements please be advised that you may be mailed one paper statement per year. By enrolling in estatements you also agree to receive all regulatory and account disclosure information electronically. OPT OUT: If you would like to receive your account statements in paper form, by mail, you can make that request by phone at 000-000-0000, in person at any Jeep Country Federal Credit Union branch location or in writing to Jeep Country Federal Credit Union 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx Drive, Holland OH 43528.

eStatements. (i) This applies to any account (“Account”) you have with National Exchange Bank & Trust. By choosing to receive National Exchange Bank & Trust eStatements and eNotices (“eDisclosures”), you will initially receive them for all accounts opened via the Online Account Creation process and all selected eligible Accounts viewable in National Exchange Bank & Trust’s Internet banking product Exchange OnLine. You may view up to 18-months history of eStatements online upon agreement. The words “we,” “us” and “our” mean National Exchange Bank & Trust, and the words “you” and “your” mean you, the individual who is identified on the Account as the owner or authorized signer on the Account(s) listed on the Accounts screen in Exchange OnLine under the More-Customer Service menu. As used in this Agreement, “Disclosure” means any account statement, authorization, agreement, disclosure, notice, or other information related to your Account including, but not limited to, information that we are required by law to provide in writing. (ii) What are eStatements? eStatements allow customers to view statements through Exchange OnLine, National Exchange Bank & Trust’s Internet banking product, in lieu of receiving paper copies of statements in the US Mail. This convenient, secure feature allows you to review your personal statements when it is convenient for you. You will receive a notice through your email address on record and/or a text alert in addition to your Exchange OnLine message center when your statement is available for viewing. To view your online statements at any time, simply sign into Exchange OnLine, select “Documents” within the More menu and then choose the statement you wish to view.
