Evaluation of Applications. If the application is developed and processed in accordance with § 1980.113 of subpart B of part 1980 of this chapter, the provi- sions outlined in § 1980.114 of subpart B of part 1980 of this chapter applies with the following exceptions:
Evaluation of Applications. Applications for professional development leave will be evaluated by the University on the basis of the criteria in Articles 20.01, 20.02 and 20.03 and in the order in which they are received in the office of the Associate Vice-President of Human Resources. Applicants will be advised in writing by the University by March 31 of each year (except in unusual circumstances) whether the professional development leave can be granted. If an application cannot be granted under Article 20.03(a) considerations, the University may offer the leave in a subsequent year. The University will provide the Association with a report on the first working day in July of each year of the applications for professional development leave received and the status of each application.

Evaluation of Applications. 26.1 The Procuring Entity shall use the factors, methods, criteria, and requirements defined in Section III, Qualification Criteria and Requirements, to evaluate the qualifications of the Applicants, and no other methods, criteria, or requirements shall be used. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to waive min or deviations from the qualification criteria if they do not materially affect the technical capability and financial resources of an Applicant to perform the Contract.

The amount and probable continuance of any income may be considered. · Where credit history is normally considered, the credit history must be considered, when applicable, of accounts the applicant and the applicant’s spouse are both contractually liable for or both permitted to use. In addition, upon the applicant’s request, any account reported in the name of the applicant’s spouse or former spouse that reflects the applicant’s creditworthiness must be considered. The applicant, on request, may also present any information that tends to indicate that the credit history being considered does not accurately reflect the applicant’s creditworthiness. · Xxxxxxx may consider whether an applicant is a permanent resident of the United States, immigration status, and any additional information necessary to ascertain rights and remedies regarding repayment.
Evaluation of Applications. All applications will be reviewed by a the Agent selected by the Foundation. The decisions of the Agent will be final.

Applications for funds will be considered by the appropriate Xxxx according to the value of the project or plan in relationship to the individual's contractual responsibilities. In evaluating competing requests for Faculty resource development funds, or any other use of limited resources, the Xxxx, after satisfying any other relevant selection criteria contained in this Negotiated Agreement, will give priority to those requests that best enhance the District's instructional and research programs.
