Examples of Grounds for personnel Action but not limited to: Fraud in securing job position Incompetency Inefficiency Inexcusable neglect of duty Insubordination Dishonesty Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs while on duty Absence from the workplace without notification and approved leave Conviction of a felony or conviction of a misdemeanor, which is of such nature as to affect the employee’s ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of their position. A plea of guilty or a conviction following a plea of no contest is deemed to be a conviction within the meaning of this section. The following code of conduct will be adhered to by the Contractor, his agent(s) and/or his employees. If Contractor fails to ensure that its employees or other agents comply with these requirements, then Contractor may be terminated for cause under this Agreement:

  • Vendor Personnel Vendor personnel must comply with all hosting facility regulations concerning conduct, electronic devices, entry and security.
