Such time off will be calculated after the regular shift, less ten (10) hours rest time, and taken at a mutually acceptable time. The Board also agrees to pay the costs of receipted childcare expenses for the period over and above the regular workday where such expenses are incurred for employees accompanying children on out of town events.

Teaching Assistants and Personal Care Attendants Accompanying Children on out of Town Events For Teaching Assistants and Personal Care Attendants who attend out of town events, the Board will grant equivalent time off in lieu of overtime. Such time off will be calculated after the regular shift, less ten (10) hours rest time, and taken at a mutually acceptable time. The Board also agrees to pay the costs of receipted child care expenses for the period over and above the regular work day where such expenses are incurred for employees accompanying children on out o f town events. Substitution in a Higher or Lower Classification An employee who is temporarily assigned to a higher paying classification shall be paid the rate and benefits for that classification for the time performs such job. An employee who is temporarily assigned to a lower paying classification shall continue to be paid the rate and benefits of regular job. Appointment of a Temporary Xxxxxxx Appointment of If a Department Supervisor or Xxxxxxx supervising three exceeding two (2) days, or if said position is vacant, a temporary Xxxxxxx will be appointed for the period of absence. of 12/5/97 AM School (Peace River North) Contract When an employee assumes the role of supervisor, will receive seventy-five per hour over own rate or the Working Xxxxxxx rate or the construction standard agreement rate, whichever is greater. Notice of Hours of Work Except in emergencies, regular employees' hours of work schedule, in appropriate categories, will not be changed except by mutual consent at the location level, or upon (48) hours written notice. If (48) hours written notice is not given, all time worked outside the hours of work schedule will be paid at the appropriate overtime rate.
