Excluded Personal Property. The tangible personal property listed at Exhibit F hereto.
Excluded Personal Property. The rights to any and all operating systems, operating manuals, software and information associated with or contained in any computers and telephone equipment located at the Property or used in connection with the Property (exclusive of the computer and telecommunication equipment and hardware); the rights to any websites or domain names maintained by Seller or Property Manager with respect to the Property; and all mobile shop tools and parts systems.
Excluded Personal Property. Any tangible and intangible personal property of Seller listed on Schedule 1.2(f).
Excluded Personal Property. The term "Excluded Personal Property" means any and all furniture, fixtures, equipment and other personal property, including without limitation, replacements and substitutions therefor, and all leases thereof and all rents, revenues, income, profits, royalties, deposits and proceeds therefrom, now or hereafter owned, leased or used by or through Tenant and/or any Excluded Property Party and their respective successors, assigns, and /or transferees. Excluded Property. The term "Excluded Property" means the Improvements, Pre-Existing Improvements and all Excluded Personal Property. Excluded Property Party. The term "Excluded Property Party" means Tenant, any person or entity occupying or using any part of the Improvements or Premises by or through Tenant (or its lessees, successors or assigns) and/or any person or entity holding an ownership or security interest in any Excluded Property. Gross Profits . The term "Gross Profits" means all rents, income and profits arising from leases, permits or agreements relative to the use of the Premises and/or Improvements by Tenant, Landlord (or its affiliates) or by third parties. Impositions. The term "Impositions" means the taxes, assessments and other rates, levies and governmental charges, defined as such and set forth in Article 5.
Excluded Personal Property. Tangible personal property, equipment, vehicles and inventory, other than that listed in Schedules 2.01(a)(1), 2.01(a)(2), 2.01(a)(6)(i) and 2.01 (a)(6)(ii) of the Seller's Disclosure Letter.
Excluded Personal Property. Any inventory, trade fixtures, machinery, equipment or other personal property, used or useful in Tenant's business owned by Tenant or third parties including, without limitation, sound and light equipment, acoustical wall coverings, seating, draperies, ticketing equipment, computer systems, video equipment, interior and exterior signage, cash registers and point-of-sale equipment and concession stand equipment. The Excluded Personal Property does not include permanent improvements to the Premises, such as fixtures (as opposed to trade fixtures such as stage lighting), air conditioning equipment, plumbing, electrical wiring, curtain walls, storefronts, or other elements of the TALP Improvements (as that term is defined in the Ground Lease). During the Lease Term all permanent improvements made to the Premises by the Tenant shall remain the property of Tenant in accordance with the provisions of Section 10.2 hereof and, for purposes of determining the federal and/or state income tax liability of Tenant, Landlord and Tenant shall each take the position that all permanent improvements to the Premises made by Tenant are the property of Tenant (and, therefore, Tenant shall have the right, subject to applicable tax law, to depreciate same). Upon the termination of the Lease Term, the provisions of Section 10.2 hereof shall control the disposition of such permanent improvements to the Premises made by Tenant.
Excluded Personal Property. Landlord hereby waives any Landlord's lien, express or implied, statutory or contractual, that it may have on the Excluded Personal Property.

Excluded Personal Property. Any personal property owned by (i) any tenants under the Leases, (ii) any lessor of such property under any Operating Agreement, (iii) any guest of the Hotel, (iv) any third party possessing the right to situate personal property at the Hotel pursuant to a Permitted Exception, (v) any service provider under an Operating Agreement using such equipment in connection with the performance of such service, (vi) Operator, or (vi) any agent, employee or invitee of any of the foregoing.
