Exhibition Fees. Exhibitor shall pay to SAGE the fees as set forth on the registration form and any related order forms or invoices (collectively the “Fees”). All Fees (including deposits) are non-refundable and are due ten (10) days from the invoice date unless otherwise stated on the respective registration form, order form, or invoice. If any Fees are not paid by the due date, Exhibitor shall, in addition to all other rights and remedies to which SAGE is entitled, pay to SAGE (a) a late fee equal to two percent (2%) or the highest legal rate, whichever is lower, of the overdue balance per month compounded monthly and rounded to the next highest whole month; and (b) any costs and expenses incurred by SAGE (including attorneys’ fees) in connection with collection efforts related to the unpaid amount.
Exhibition Fees. HOST agrees to pay IMI $ for an exhibition period of months, beginning and ending through . HOST agrees to pay $ within 10 business day upon signing of this Agreement. HOST agrees that this amount is a non-refundable deposit fee to secure the availability of TUT for the place and time as stated herein. HOST agrees that IMI shall receive the remaining balance of $ on or before the first day of exhibition ( ). All revenues regarding TUT shall be made payable to the International Museum Institute, Inc., IMI, c/o Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, 0000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xx Xxxx, Xxxxx 00000.
Exhibition Fees. (1) The unit price for each booth type and size covered by the general registration fee shall be as printed on the exhibition application forms.
(2) Those included in each fee set forth in the preceding Paragraph shall be as listed in the terms and conditions of the Exhibition.
(3) IBPC-OSAKA shall send the Applicant an invoice for the exhibition fee, which shall be calculated based on the size of the exhibition space allocated as stipulated in Article 4 and whether approval for a Co-exhibitor have been granted as stipulated in Articles 8 (if applicable), by email.
(4) The Applicant shall pay the exhibition fee required by IBPC-OSAKA to the prescribed IBPC-OSAKA’s bank account by the due date specified in the invoice or the date specified in Article 3-(2), whichever comes first.

(iii) Expenses for installation/construction work and maintenance of common-use facilities that are considered necessary and are set up by IBPC-OSAKA; expenses for publicity and announcements conducted by IBPC-OSAKA to ...
Exhibition Fees. Exhibitor shall pay to QTI the fees set forth on the registration form and any related order forms or invoices (collectively the “Fees”). All Fees are non-refundable and are due ten (10) days from the invoice date unless otherwise stated on the respective registration form, order form, or invoice. If any Fees are not paid by the due date, Exhibitor shall additionally pay to QTI (a) a late fee equal to two percent (2%) or the highest legal rate, whichever is lower, of the over- due balance per month compounded monthly and rounded to the next highest whole month; and (b) any costs and expenses incurred by QTI (including attorneys’ fees) in connection with collection efforts related to the unpaid amount.
Exhibition Fees. The Exhibitor must pay the Exhibition Fee and any applicable GST in the sum(s) of money, in the manner, and by the dates and times or subject to completion of the milestones or prerequisites, if any, specified in the Exhibition Prospectus and in all cases:

(3) The exhibitor’s presentation fee for each booth type shall be as printed on the exhibition application forms.
(4) IBPC-OSAKA shall send the Applicant an invoice for the exhibition fee, which shall be calculated based on the size of the exhibition space allocated as stipulated in Article 4 and whether approval for a Co-exhibitor or Co- exhibitors and the exhibitor’s presentation have been granted as stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 (if applicable), by email.
(5) The Applicant shall pay the exhibition fee required by IBPC-OSAKA to the prescribed IBPC-OSAKA’s bank account by the due date specified in the invoice or the date specified in Article 3-(2), whichever comes first.
Exhibition Fees. Exhibition game fees in the amount of $175 for referees and the amount of $100 for linesmen shall be paid for each minor league exhibition game worked.
Exhibition Fees. Exhibition fees must be paid in full prior to the opening of the ANTEC® 2016 Conference. Exhibitors who have not paid for their booth space and any sponsorship opportunities in full in advance of the Conference will not be allowed to move in or to construct/arrange their booths and displays. Exhibitors shall not exhibit or market their products or services outside of the assigned exhibit space.
