Expenses of the Arbitration Board. Each party shall pay:
a) The costs of the nominee it appoints.
b) One-half (½) the costs of the Chairperson.
Expenses of the Arbitration Board. Each Party shall pay the cost of its appointee. Each of the Parties shall jointly share the fees and expenses of the chair and other expenses of the hearing. Costs of counsel shall be borne by the Party retaining same.

2. One-half of the fees and expenses of the Chair.
Expenses of the Arbitration Board. (a) Each party shall pay one-half (1/2) of the remuneration and expenses of the arbitration board.
(b) When a three (3) person arbitration board is used each party shall pay the fees and expenses of its appointee and one-half (1/2) of the fees and expenses of the chairperson.

b) the Chairperson's fees and expenses shall be shared equally by both parties.

Expenses of the Arbitration Board. The Union and the Employer shall bear the expense of the respective nominees to the Arbitration Board and the two (2) parties shall bear equally the expense of the Chairperson.
Expenses of the Arbitration Board. The Union and the Town shall each pay one-half (.5) of the remuneration and expenses of the Chairperson of the Board of Arbitration. Each party will pay all expenses for their own nominees.
Expenses of the Arbitration Board. The Board: The Local Union and the Employer shall pay the fees and expenses of its nominee and one-half (l/2) of the fees and expenses of the Chairperson.
