Extension of Contract Term. The Procurement Office, at its sole and absolute discretion, may extend the Contract Term or final Renewal Contract Term of the resultant Contract for a period of not more than six (6) months, unless specifically stated otherwise in the solicitation.
Extension of Contract Term. (a) Provided, that the Contractor is not in default under the terms of this Agreement, the Chief Executive Officer of the Commission, may extend the terms of the Agreement for a period, not to exceed ninety (90) days, on the same payment schedule, terms and conditions, in effect on the date that the Agreement would otherwise have terminated, including the option period, if any.
