Common use of Extension of Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Extension of Sick Leave. (a) An employee with more than two (2) years of service who has exhausted his/her sick leave credits may be allowed in the event of illness in excess of fifteen (15) days, an extension of his/her sick leave to a maximum of fifteen
