Benefits During Pregnancy / Parental Leave. (a) During the period of pregnancy or parental leave, the Employer shall continue to pay its portion, if any, of the premiums for fringe benefits of this Agreement, entitled to the employee, provided the employee undertakes to pay her portion, if any, of such premiums by post-dated cheques or indicates, in writing, their wish to suspend benefits.
Benefits During Pregnancy / Parental Leave. For permanent Employees who qualify for pregnancy/parental leave under this Article, the Employer shall; contribute one hundred percent (100%) of the total premium cost of the benefit plans outlined in Article 12:01 of the Collective Agreement.
