Total Evaluated Price. The offeror’s response to Section B of the solicitation and the summation of all CLIN prices will be evaluated and used to determine its total evaluated price. The sum of the prices for each CLIN will represent the Total Evaluated Price of each offeror. The offeror shall utilize the CLIN Pricing form (Attachment L-6) for submission of their Section B CLIN prices, in addition to the Section B Schedule. If there is a discrepancy between the CLIN Pricing form (Attachment L-6) and the Section B Schedule, the CLIN Pricing form will be utilized to calculate the Total Evaluated Price. However, if, after receipt of a proposal, the PCO determines that adequate price competition does not exist and a determination is made that none of the exceptions in FAR 15.403-1(b) apply, the offeror may be required to provide certified cost and pricing data in accordance with FAR 15.403-4.
Total Evaluated Price. Offerors shall submit a complete price proposal that addresses all information required to evaluate the pricing proposed for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN), except CLIN 0002, including pricing for CLIN 0001, stepladder pricing for CLIN 0003, and stepladder pricing for Option CLINs 0004 through 0007. The price proposal shall be a separate volume from the technical (non-price) proposal. It is expected that the resulting contract will be awarded based upon a determination that there is adequate price competition. Therefore, the Offeror is not required to submit or certify cost and/or pricing data with their proposal. However, data other than certified cost data or pricing data is required to be submitted. If after receipt of proposals, the Contracting Officer determines that adequate price competition does not exist in accordance with FAR 15.403-1 or that only one offer is received, the Offeror shall provide certified cost and/or pricing data as requested by the Contracting Officer. The price and cost summaries provided in Volume II must not conflict with the data submitted in Section B schedules. In the event of a discrepancy, prices found in the filled-out Section B shall be utilized. Volume II shall contain the Offeror’s understanding of and approach to the pricing requirements of the solicitation. The pricing portion of the proposal shall include:
a. Pricing spreadsheets for all CLINs, for all items (with options) as described in Section B. Spreadsheets shall be in Microsoft Excel format with cells containing working formulas that are visible for Government examination of price buildup and methodology.
b. Basis of Estimate (BOE) narrative in Microsoft Word for each CLIN. The BOE narrative shall include estimating methodologies for each proposed priced CLIN.
c. The price proposal should answer the following questions:
i. What is the estimate?
ii. What is it based on? iii. How was it derived?
Total Evaluated Price. ▪ The Government will add up all single quantity CLIN amounts and all the multiple quantity range CLIN amounts to arrive at the Total Evaluated Price (TEP) for the contract. In evaluating offers, the Contracting Officer will review the prices of the Offeror's proposal to determine that they are fair and reasonable. See FAR 15.404. * The above prices are examples only and do not obligate the Government to purchase these quantities.
Total Evaluated Price. The Total Evaluated Price (TEP) is based on evaluation and an estimated quantity of 348 ECS Ducts (CLIN 0001, CLIN 0002 and option CLIN 1004 CLIN 1005, CLIN 1006, and CLIN 1007). The price of the data requirements (CLIN 0003) and shall also be included and evaluated. The TEP for this acquisition is the sum of the price data table discussed in Section L, 3.
Total Evaluated Price. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. Evaluation of options will not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). Total Evaluated Price shall be calculated using the prices indicated in the Price Proposal, using the following formula:
Total Evaluated Price. The total evaluated price to be used for determining best value will be the sum of the calculated amounts under paragraphs 4(i) through 4(ii) below:
(i) FFP CLINs - The evaluated price for the FFP CLINs (0001, X002, X004, X005 is the unit price proposed for the CLIN multiplied by the quantity specified in Section B for that CLIN. The evaluated price for CLIN X005 is the list of the submitted burden hourly rates per labor category time historical hours, provided by the government in Attachment 8 “CLIN Price Spreadsheet”. Note, that CLIN X005 will be a part of the total proposed price, but not the part of Task Order 1. CLIN X005 along with CLIN X006 may or may not be awarded through IDIQ. The cost on CLIN X0005 should be proposed for all 3 years of the ordering period to include any applicable escalation.

Total Evaluated Price. Total Evaluated Price shall be calculated using the prices indicated in the Phase 2 Price Proposal using the formula in the Phase 2 Solicitation.
Total Evaluated Price. For purposes of the best value analysis and trade-off, the Government will use the Total Evaluated Price (TEP). The Government will calculate the TEP as indicated in Attachment 3 for the total amounts of both Task Order 1 and Task Order 2 for the base year and all option periods, including FAR 52.217-8 Option.
Total Evaluated Price. The relative importance of factors is as follows: Technical Capability and Past Performance are of equal importance while Small Business Participation is the least important. All evaluation factors other than Price (Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Small Business Participation), when combined, are significantly more important than Price. Price will increase in importance as competing proposals approach equality in Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Small Business Participation, or when price is so significantly high as to diminish the value of technical superiority to the Government.
Total Evaluated Price. For evaluation purposes, the Offeror’s total evaluated price will be calculated by summing the total proposed price from the following:
