The Offeror shall provide three (3) past performance references, if available, that reflect recent and relevant experience performed within three (3) years of the solicitation closing date specified in this requirement. The Offeror shall include a discussion on how the references provided are relevant to the work being proposed. The Offeror shall include contract/task order number, contract/task order type, program name, total contract/task order cost, short description of work performed, and names and valid telephone numbers for the Procuring Contract Officer (PCO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and Government Program Manager (PM).

PAST PERFORMANCE- Factor 2. 3.2.1 The Offeror shall provide three (3) past performance references, if available, that reflect recent and relevant experience performed within three (3) years of the solicitation closing date specified in this requirement. The Offeror shall include a discussion on how the references provided are relevant to the work being proposed. Past performance references shall demonstrate the ability to handle the scope and breadth of the tasking in the SOW. The Offeror shall include contract/task order number, contract/task order type, program name, total contract/task order cost, short description of work performed, and names and valid telephone numbers for the Procuring Contract Officer (PCO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and Government Program Manager (PM). Each past performance reference shall not exceed two (2) pages per reference, for a total of six (6) pages. These pages will not be counted against the proposal page count identified in Instructions to Offerors 1.0 (B) (1). For each reference, the offeror shall identify its role as either a prime contractor or a subcontractor on the referenced contract. If the offeror was a subcontractor on the reference, then the offeror shall provide an explanation of its role in contract performance as well as the dollar value of its subcontract.
PAST PERFORMANCE- Factor 2. The past performance evaluation will be accomplished by reviewing aspects of an offeror’s recent and relevant past performance. Offerors may provide information for up to three (3) previous contracts whose effort is/was recent and relevant to the effort required by this solicitation.  Recent is defined as a contract in-progress with at least 50% complete or completed within the last three (3) years. If the offeror has not had three (3) relevant projects where it served as the prime contractor within the last three (3) years, information on recent and relevant subcontracts may be submitted.  Relevant is defined as a contract or combination of contracts that is cumulatively and concurrently of similar scope, magnitude, and complexity to the requirements as set forth in this solicitation. The Government may verify past performance information. The Government may contact some or all of the references provided, as appropriate, and may collect information through questionnaires, telephone interviews and existing data sources to include, but not limited to the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). The Government reserves the right to obtain information for use in the evaluation of past performance from any and all sources, including sources outside of the Government. This past performance information will be used for the evaluation of past performance. If subcontractor contracts are submitted, the offer must clearly indicate the percentage of work the subcontractor(s) will perform under each task/category of effort throughout the course of the contract. If subcontractor past performance is provided as part of the three (3) contracts or efforts; the subcontractor past performance will be given weight relative to the amount of effort under the solicitation the subcontractor is proposed to perform. Therefore, the offeror’s proposal should clearly detail the aspects of the work in the solicitation the subcontractor is proposed to perform. Offerors may also provide references where they have performed as a subcontractor. If past performance as a subcontractor is provided as part of the three (3) contracts or efforts, it will be given weight relative to the amount of effort performed under that contract.   • Performance Factors (a) Each party will notify the other party of the existence of a Performance Factor, as soon as reasonably possible after the party becomes aware of the Performance Factor. The Notice will:

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit H), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).

  • Past Performance The Government will evaluate the contractor's performance on the NETCENTS-2 Orders provided in Exhibit B, CDRL B001. The PCO will determine the quality of the work performed based on an integrated assessment of data obtained in the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting Systems (CPARS) and information obtained from Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) channels, interviews with customers, program managers and/or contracting officers for NETCENTS-2 task orders. Based on the contractor performance records above, the PCO will determine if there is an expectation that the contractor will successfully perform the required efforts under the unrestricted Application Services contract.

  • Performance Measurement Satisfactory performance of this Contract will be measured by:

  • Annual Performance Evaluation On either a fiscal year or calendar year basis, (consistently applied from year to year), the Bank shall conduct an annual evaluation of Executive’s performance. The annual performance evaluation proceedings shall be included in the minutes of the Board meeting that next follows such annual performance review.

  • PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS Upon a particular Commission’s issuance of an Order pertaining to Performance Measurements in a proceeding expressly applicable to all CLECs generally, BellSouth shall implement in that state such Performance Measurements as of the date specified by the Commission. Performance Measurements that have been Ordered in a particular state can currently be accessed via the internet at xxxx://xxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx. The following Service Quality Measurements (SQM) plan as it presently exists and as it may be modified in the future, is being included as the performance measurements currently in place for the state of Tennessee.   • Attainment on Performance Indicators The District will be responsible for overseeing the academic programs offered in its schools and ensuring that those programs meet or exceed state and local expectations for levels of attainment on the statewide performance indicators, as specified in 1 CCR 301-1.

  • PERFORMANCE PERIOD This Agreement shall be performed during the period which begins Oct 01 2020 and ends Sep 30 2022.
