Family Member Defined. For the purpose of this Article, family member are defined as spouse, registered domestic partner, parents, children, children of registered domestic partners, brothers, sisters, grandparents, and grandchildren, including step relatives and in-laws in these relationships, regardless of place of residence, and other persons living in the employee’s household for whom there is a personal obligation.
Family Member Defined. For purposes of this Article, family member shall include spouse, domestic partner, parent, child, grandchild, grandparent and siblings, including in-law, step and xxxxxx relationships and those equivalents for domestic partner. Family member shall include ex-spouses and ex-domestic partners in cases where the employee is the parent of the minor child(ren) of the deceased.
Family Member Defined. A child: including a biological, adopted, or xxxxxx child, stepchild, or a child to whom the Employee stands in loco parentis, is a legal guardian, or is a de facto parent, regardless of age or dependency status, A parent; including a biological, adoptive, de facto, or xxxxxx parent, stepparent, or legal guardian of an Employee or the Employee's spouse or registered domestic partner, or a person who stood in loco parentis when the Employee was a minor child. A spouse; A registered domestic partner; A grandparent;
Family Member Defined. For purposes of this provision, family member means any of the following:
1. A child, which for purposes of this Article means a biological, adopted, or xxxxxx child, stepchild, legal xxxx, or a child to whom the employee stands in loco parentis. This definition of a child is applicable regardless of age or dependency status.
2. A biological, adoptive, or xxxxxx parent, stepparent, or legal guardian of an employee or the employee’s spouse or registered domestic partner, or a person who stood in loco parentis when the employee was a minor child.
3. A spouse.
4. A registered domestic partner.
5. A grandparent.
6. A grandchild.
Family Member Defined. For purposes of clause (a)(ii) above, --------------------- "members of the immediate family" shall be limited to any child, stepchild, grandchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, spouse, sibling, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, or sister-in-law, and shall include adoptive relationships.

f. A sibling;
g. All in-law relations of the same
Family Member Defined. For purposes of clause (a)(ii) above, "members --------------------- of the
Family Member Defined. For purposes of all Articles of this Agreement related to leave, "family member" means:
1. the employee’s spouse and spouse’s parents,
2. the employee’s children, including adopted children and their spouses,
3. the employee’s parents,
4. the employee’s sisters and brothers and their spouses, and;
5. any individual related by blood or affinity whose close association to the employee is the equivalent of a family relationship, e.g., grandparents, grandchildren, godparents, godchildren, or a very close friend.
Family Member Defined. For purposes of this policy, family member shall include parents, grandchildren, step-parent, step-children, siblings, spouse, child, in-laws (including but not limited to brother, sister, mother and father) and grand-parents, domestic partners, domestic partner’s family and ex-spouses/partners in cases where there are minor children only.
