Fees and Term. The initial term of the Flock Services shall be for the time period set forth on the Quote (“Initial Flock Term”). Following the Initial Flock Term, this Agreement will automatically renew for successive renewal terms of the length set forth on the Quote (each, a “Flock Renewal Term”, and together with the Initial Flock Term, the “Service Term”) unless either Party gives the other Party notice of non-renewal at least 30 days prior to the end of the then-current Service Term. The Service Term begins when all Flock Hardware is installed and has been validated as operational by Flock.

Fees and Term. (A) FEES. In connection with the appointment of CE as CTRX's distributor hereunder, CE shall within 180 days from the effective date of this Agreement pay CTRX a one-time nonrefundable franchise fee of One Million U.S. Dollars (US$1,000,000.00) ("Fee"). The Fee represents the full, final and complete consideration payable by CE to CTRX in consideration for the distribution rights granted hereunder, the Fee shall be payable by CE to CTRX by wire transfer to an account of CTRX.

Fees and TermIn consideration for the use of the NexMed Facility and NexMed Resources to be provided by NexMed under this Section 5.7, WCCI shall pay NexMed an aggregate monthly fee of $50,000 payable in advance on each of May 15, 2009, June 15, 2009, July 15, 2009 and August 15, 2009 (or if such date is not a business day, the next business day) by wire transfer to an account designated by NexMed (the “Fees”). The Initial Term shall automatically extend for successive 30 day periods (each, a “Subsequent Term”) unless either party shall deliver written notice to the other at least 15 days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term or a Subsequent Term, as applicable, that this Agreement and the Term thereof is terminated. The $50,000 monthly Fee shall also be payable to NexMed upon the commencement of each Subsequent Term.
Fees and Term. The Services are a separately billable annual subscription service which is payable in advance. The fees for the Service are related to the quantity and type of Licenses purchased by Licensee and will be set forth on the Purchase Order(s). Any License purchased by Licensee that is not identified in Exhibit A will be subject to a separate Support and Maintenance fee. The fees for the first year of the Services (the “Initial Term”) will be invoiced together with the Software license fee. The Services subscription will automatically renew for additional one (1) year terms (each a “Term”) at the expiration of the then current Term unless terminated in accordance with Section 4. The fee for each renewal Term will be due and payable no later than the last day of the previous Term. Stilog may raise its fees for the Services at any time by giving Licensee at least thirty (30) days prior written notice. Any fee increases will be effective as of the next renewal Term. If Licensee terminates or otherwise allows the Services to lapse through non-payment, Licensee will be required to pay all Services fees that would have been due for the period of such lapse prior to resuming the Services.
Fees and Term. Your monthly fee is billed on a recurring basis approximately every thirty days until you cancel. You may cancel by [for example, calling XXX-XXX-XXXX [best practice is to have a phone number] or by emailing email] at least three days prior to the next billing. Your access will continue through the end of the current billing cycle. Access to programs inside the membership will be discontinued if the membership is cancelled. You specifically authorize us to charge your card on file on a recurring basis for this purpose.
Fees and TermTo maintain its License hereunder, CLIENT shall pay to QCSI all fees and costs as provided in Exhibit A to this License. Provided that all fees and costs are paid timely, and CLIENT complies with the terms and conditions of this License, the initial term of this License shall start on May 1, 1999 and end on December 31, 2002. Thereafter, the term of this License shall automatically be extended for consecutive additional terms of three (3) years each, unless either party provides the other with written notice of such party's intention not to extend the term at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the end of the initial term or any subsequent term.
Fees and Term. The Licensed Entity shall make payment to Licensor of $200.00 for use of the Licensed Materials beginning on the Effective Date, and continuing for a period of one calendar year (the “Termination Date”). The Licensed Entity may extend the term of this Licensing Agreement for an additional calendar year upon receipt of an annual renewal fee of $200.00 received on or before the Termination Date, but no earlier than three (3) months prior to the Termination Date. Licensor may change the renewal rate within its sole discretion upon notice to the Licensed Entity prior to the Termination Date.
Fees and Term a) Aegex charges a fee for the provision of certain Services or certain features of a particular Service (the “Service Fess”). You agree to pay any Service Fees, either one-time Service Fees or recurring, associated with your use of any Services. b) Generally, Fees for the Services are billed quarterly in advance. Any changes in Fees as a result of changes in the level of Services or changes in Service will be reflected in the next quarterly billing period. c) The term of this Agreement shall be for one year and automatically renew for an additional one- year period(s) and thereafter as long as you maintain Fees and continue to use the Service.
