FFATA reporting. (a) This Agreement is subject to the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006, as amended by section 6202 of Public Law 110-252, referred to as the “Transparency Act” (FFATA).
FFATA reporting. The SSCC must report to DFPS the data elements required by the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 (Pub. L. 109-282) and listed in 1.27.9 if The SSCC is a Subrecipient. No direct payment will be made to The SSCC for providing any reports required under these provisions, as the cost of producing such reports will be deemed included in the Contract price. The reporting requirements in 1.27.9 are based on guidance from the US Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and as such are subject to change at any time by OMB. Any such changes will be automatically incorporated into this Contract and shall become part of The SSCC’s obligations under this Contract. Verification and updating of recipient contact information The recipient must verify its Point of Contact(POC), Financial Point of Contact (FPOC), and Authorized Representative contact information in GMS, including telephone number and e-mail address. If any information is incorrect or has changed, a Grant Adjustment Notice (GAN) must be submitted via the Grants Management System (GMS) to document changes. 45. The recipient agrees to comply with OJP grant monitoring guidelines, protocols, and procedures, and to cooperate with BJA and OCFO on all grant monitoring requests, including requests related to desk reviews, enhanced programmatic desk reviews, and/or site visits. The recipient agrees to provide to BJA and OCFO all documentation necessary to complete monitoring tasks, including documentation related to any subawards made under this award. Further, the recipient agrees to abide by reasonable deadlines set by BJA and OCFO for providing the requested documents. Failure to cooperate with BJA's/OCFO's grant monitoring activities may result in sanctions affecting the recipient's DOJ awards, including, but not limited to: withholdings and/or other restrictions on the recipient's access to grant funds; referral to the Office of the Inspector General for audit review; designation of the recipient as a DOJ High Risk grantee; or termination of an award(s). 46. FFATA reporting. The Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act ("FFATA") requires prime recipients of federal grants and contracts to report sub-award and executive compensation data. PRTC is the prime recipient of federal awards for the purposes of this policy and is responsible for reporting sub-award data. PRTC and first-tier sub-awardees are required to maintain current registration in the System for Awards Management ("XXX") as well as obtain a DUNS number. PRTC is responsible for filing the report in the FSRS system, not sub-awardees. However, sub-award recipients must provide the following information to PRTC before they will be eligible to receive the sub-award: • The entity's information; • Description and/or title of the sub-award (including NAICS code or CFDA number); • Date and amount of award; • Location of the entity receiving the award and the primary location of performance under the award, including the city, state, congressional district, and country; • Active and current XXX unique identifier; • DUNS number; • Names and total compensation of the five (5) highest paid officers/executives of the sub-recipient if all three criteria are met:

The final report is due no later than 120 days following the close of this award period or the expiration of any extension periods. Performance reports shall be submitted after the end of the reporting period (October 1 - September 30), no later than December 30 of each year, for the life of the award. Among other things, the recipient is responsible for oversight of subrecipient spending and monitoring of specific outcomes and benefits attributable to use of award funds by subrecipients. The recipient agrees to submit, upon request, documentation of its policies and procedures for monitoring of subawards under this award. 45. Use of program income Program income (as defined in the Part 200 Uniform Requirements) must be used in accordance with the provisions of the Part 200 Uniform Requirements. Program income earnings and expenditures both must be reported on the quarterly Federal Financial Report, SF 425. 46. Justice Information Sharing Information sharing projects funded under this award must comply with DOJ's Global Justice Information Sharing Initiative (Global) guidelines.
