Field/Athletic Trips. 1. Bus operators will annually express interest for working field/athletic trips at the route selection meeting. Interested operators will then be placed by seniority on the lists posted in the Transportation Department for the field/athletic trip selection process. A bus operator is not eligible to select a field/athletic trip if the operator is on an approved leave, or if the trip interferes with his/her regular contracted hours or other District employment. Should a bus operator return from an approved leave or later express interest and availability to accept field/athletic trips, he/she will be inserted into the list by seniority and will have the opportunity to select trips.

Field/Athletic Trips a. Two meetings will be held each month on the first (1st) and third (3rd) Thursday for drivers to select individual field trips on a rotating basis in order of seniority. At the first meeting for the school year, the rotation will start with the most senior driver. At subsequent meetings the rotation will start where it ended at the most recent trip meeting or trip assignment from paragraph (b) below, whichever occurred most recently preceding the trip meeting.

  • Field Trips Orange COUNTY funds may not be used to support any overnight and/or out of Central Florida travel, unless approved by the COUNTY’S Manager of the CCC or designee in advance. The AGENCY must have on file for field trip(s) that each participant, adult or minor, must have a signed release of liability form releasing the COUNTY from any liability. If the participant is a minor, the release must be signed by a parent/guardian. Central Florida is defined as Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Brevard, Lake, Polk, and Volusia Counties.

  • Extra Trips A. Field trips (extra trips) shall be provided by rotation on a list composed of regular drivers who volunteer in descending order of classification seniority (defined in Article 39).

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Software Components At any time during the contract period of performance, the Government may require the Contractor to remedy any failure of the software to comply with the requirements of this contract. Support shall consist of correction of errors, provision of modifications, improvements, and other products the original manufacturer makes available to the Government without charge. The Government shall also be provided full documentation of changes and/or modifications to the software provided to meet the Government's requirements.

  • Diagnostic procedures to aid the Provider in determining required dental treatment.

  • Laboratory Testing All laboratories selected by UPS Freight for analyzing Controlled Substances Testing will be HHS certified.

  • SOURCE CODE ESCROW FOR LICENSED PRODUCT If Source Code or Source Code escrow is offered by either Contractor or Product manufacturer or developer to any other commercial customers, Contractor shall either: (i) provide Licensee with the Source Code for the Product; or (ii) place the Source Code in a third party escrow arrangement with a designated escrow agent who shall be named and identified to the State, and who shall be directed to release the deposited Source Code in accordance with a standard escrow agreement acceptable to the State; or (iii) will certify to the State that the Product manufacturer/developer has named the State, acting by and through the Authorized User, and the Licensee, as a named beneficiary of an established escrow arrangement with its designated escrow agent who shall be named and identified to the State and Licensee, and who shall be directed to release the deposited Source Code in accordance with the terms of escrow. Source Code, as well as any corrections or enhancements to such source code, shall be updated for each new release of the Product in the same manner as provided above and such updating of escrow shall be certified to the State in writing. Contractor shall identify the escrow agent upon commencement of the Contract term and shall certify annually that the escrow remains in effect in compliance with the terms of this clause. The State may release the Source Code to Licensees under this Contract who have licensed Product or obtained services, who may use such copy of the Source Code to maintain the Product.

  • Curriculum Vitae (a) The Chief Librarian shall maintain a curriculum vita for each Librarian. It is the Librarian’s responsibility to ensure that the curriculum vita on file is kept current. Members shall prepare their curriculum vita with the advice and assistance of their Chief Librarian. Members may revise their curriculum vita at any time.
